A	Anna Gabrielli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti oltre ogni limite.... Ho prenotato un viaggio a Parigi per un amico con grave disabilità e costretto in sedia a rotelle. L'unica cosa che hanno fatto è chiedere l'assistenza per disabili in aeroporto per imbarcare la sedia a rotelle... Ma poi hanno sistemato in un hotel che non era accessibile in carrozzella avendo un gradino all'ingresso che non gli permetteva l'accesso costringendo il portiere a prenderlo in braccio per superare il gradino ogni volta che usciva e che rientrava. Inoltre in agenzia mi hanno spiegato come raggiungere il metrò per spostarmi a Parigi, mi hanno dato anche una cartina... Ma per accedere al metrò ci sono SOLO SCALE, tutti lo sanno tranne l'agenzia Icaro.... INCOMPETENTI per non dire altro ? Incompetent to the limit .... I booked a trip to Paris for a friend with severe disabilities and confined to a wheelchair. The only thing they have done is seek assistance for the disabled at the airport to board the wheelchair ... But then they set up in a hotel that was not accessible in a wheelchair having a step at the entrance that did not allow the ' access forcing the keeper to pick him to overcome the step every time he left and fell. In addition to the agency explained to me how to get to the subway to move to Paris, they even gave me a map ... But to access the underground there are ONLY SCALE, everyone knows it except the Icarus agency .... incompetent to say another ?
V	Vincenzo Di Falco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come tutti gli sposi, credo, siamo stati alla mostra D'oltremare per la fiera, alla ricerca di tutto ciò che è inerente al matrimonio. Ebbene l'unico stand dove siamo stati rapiti e colpiti dalla gentilezza, simpatia, professionalità, e conoscenza del prodotto che vanno a proporti è stato quello ovviamente di ICARO viaggi. A differenza delle altre agenzie, le quali proponevamo i classici viaggi nozze, la ICARO nella figura del simpaticissimo PAOLO, ci ha rapito raccontandoci di un viaggio (il nostro) in giro tra Thailandia, Singapore e Bali, mostrandosi fin da subito competente e sicuro del prodotto che ci illustrava, proponendo itinerari e strutture bellissime e particolari al tempo stesso. Punto a favore di Paolo é stato il non voler speculare sulle cifre e sugli eventuali pacchettti escursione, anzi ci ha consigliato vivamente di prenotarle sul posto (soprattutto su Bali) per ottenere il prezzo migliore. Consiglio a tutti di ricarsi in questa agenzia per essere sicuri di avere qualità, cortesia e professionalità. Tutto lo staff merita una mensione, ma Paolo in particolare e stato coloui che ci ha seguito e consigliato per tutto il periodo pre/post viaggio mostrandosi molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Il viaggio é stato meraviglioso e indimenticabile e se tutto questo è stato possibile il merito è di ICARO VIAGGI e Paolo. Well, the only stand where we were kidnapped and struck by the kindness, friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of the product that they are going to offer you was obviously the one of ICARO Viaggi. Unlike the other agencies, which offered the classic honeymoons, ICARO in the figure of the very nice PAUL, kidnapped us by telling us about a trip (ours) around Thailand, Singapore and Bali, immediately showing himself competent and sure of the product that he illustrated to us, proposing itineraries and structures that are beautiful and particular at the same time. A point in favor of Paolo was not wanting to speculate on the figures and on any excursion packages, on the contrary he strongly advised us to book them on the spot (especially on Bali) to get the best price. I recommend everyone to go to this agency to be sure of quality, courtesy and professionalism. All the staff deserve a mention, but Paolo in particular was the one who followed and advised us throughout the pre / post trip period, showing himself to be very helpful and attentive to our needs. The trip was wonderful and unforgettable and if all this was possible it is thanks to ICARO VIAGGI and Paolo.

A distanza di un anno ho riscelto loro per le vacanze infatti scrivo questa recensione direttamente da Minorca! Siete fantastici 5 stelle sono poche per voi! I have always organized my travels by myself, but for an important wedding trip, I entrusted myself to this agency, they satisfied me in everything, nice, available and always ready to clarify / answer any doubts / questions! Simpatia e professionalità che ho ritrovato anche nel collega che l'affianca. La consiglio vivamente il mio ultimo viaggio, prenotato con loro, è stato perfetto !!!
