M	Maria de vito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ voglio fare un reclamo per quanto riguarda il problema capitato nei riguardi di una spedizione di un pacco per mio marito ,ordinato al 27/12/2019 , e oggi 23/01/2020 , non ancora arrivato ,dove varie telefonate e reclami, e mille scuse varie( tipo che di mezzo vi erano le vacanze di natale , poi capadonno , poi la befana,) il 13/01/2020 mi dicono che entro venerdi 17/01/2020,avrei ricevuto il tutto,niente, in data 21/01/2020 mi richiama la casa farmaceutica per comunicare che il mercoledi 22/01/2020, avrei ricevuto il tutto (bene finalmente ) ma che delusione niente pacco ,adesso dopo che per la ventesima volte che ho telefonato mi chiedo ma se fosse stato un farmaco salva vita , il paziente era già morto,!mi dispiace che accada tutto questo visto che la casa farmaceutica mi ha sempre risposto con cortesia vorrei sapere di chi è la colpa? Il prodotto non è arrivato, dovuto disdire l'appuntamento con il medico e rivolgermi altrove per reperirlo , Risutato : il mio ginocchi mi fa male , non ho potuto fare l'infiltrazione nei tempi previsti , il numero verde IBSA non risponde. .mah!!!!i . Un aggiornamento : pensavo che il prodotto arrivasse comunque anche in ritardo.. niente , neanche due giorni dopo , niente !!! I ordered sinovial 64 HL 2ml at the toll-free number, they gave me the delivery date and I made an appointment with the orthopedist the next day. believing they would meet the delivery date.
