Li ho chiamati quando loro erano ancora in ferie ma il titolare è comunque riuscito a fare l'intervento il giorno stesso in cui è stato contattato e soprattutto ha applicato una tariffa più che buona. I found myself in August with the boiler blocked. The receptionists do not give you precise times for the repair of their products (it is almost 2 months that I have a broken thermo convector and I have not seen anyone) I keep calling and I am always answered in the same way that I must be patient ... 2 months is too long!

Una stellina perché zero non si può dare. Poco professionali!!!! Called Thursday afternoons for a broken boiler, only on Friday at 6.30pm they warned they would not come because they did not have spare parts for that boiler model. A star because zero can not be given. Unprofessional !!!!

Sicuramente mi farò seguire da loro per il futuro. I had the boiler blocked Saturday morning. The customer service helped me by phone and for free, allowing me to restart the system. Ho chiamato per tre giorni il servizio assistenza e la signorina al telefono ( non professionale e maleducata) mi ha risposto che sono molto impegnati e che verrò contattato. Ok ma quando?è passato più di un mese.nessuna chiamata..... Molto professionali COMPLIMENTI. Spero solo che il titolare ne sia a conoscenza. I called for a first start of a baxi boiler. After three days they came. After three months the boiler was leaking water. I called the after-sales service for three days and the young lady on the phone (unprofessional and rude) replied that I am very busy and that I will be contacted. Ok but when? More than a month has passed.no call ..... Very professional CONGRATULATIONS. I just hope the owner knows about it.

Se nn ricordo male si chiama Paolo. Bravo! The technician sent to us for cleaning the boiler was very professional, thorough and precise in his explanations, also very jovial. If I remember correctly, his name is Paolo. Good boy!
