S	Supernjk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facile attivare un finanziamento, difficile estinguerlo... una lotta contro il tempo riuscire a riavere indietro le rate pagate in più. Mai più. Se attivi il finanziamento presso la loro filiale sono sempre gentili e disponibili ma quando vuoi estinguere il finanziamento iniziano i problemi. Per calcolare l'importo residuo non c'è più assistenza diretta ma devi autonomamente rivolgerti alla sede centrale inviare una email e attendere risposta. Se hai bisogno di maggiore aiuto e ti rivolgi al call center è una lotteria puoi trovare la persona disponibile oppure quella spocchiosa. Man mano che si va avanti si scoprono le regole del gioco. Sarebbe troppo bello sapere tutto prima. Alla fine il tempo passa e anche se paghi 1-2 rate in più non è un problema loro ma tuo. Morale della favola per avere la restituzione delle rate pagate in più mi sono dovuto rivolgere al di fuori della loro struttura. Per il servizio ricevuto e per l'arroganza di alcuni dei vari dipendenti sia in sede a Bari e sia al call center di Roma sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di attivare finanziamenti con loro. Se fosse tutte le filiali così belle ed efficienti sarebbe sempre piacevole entrare in Banca. Staff always very polite and friendly.
