P	Pasquale De Blasio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idea ottima, ma tecnicamente imbarazzante. Non si riesce a sbloccare la bici! Il numero da contattare risulta inesistente! Great idea, but technically embarrassing. You can't unlock the bike! The contact number is non-existent!

A quanto vedo in 2 anni l'amministrazione comunale di vasto non si è impegnata minimamente nel far decollare questo servizio. L'applicazione smartphone è a dir poco ridicola. Non funziona. Devi sperare di beccare un operatore sul posto che ti sblocchi la bici quando ci riesce. Cmq vorrei sapere come riavere i soldi sull'account dato che ti fanno caricare almeno 10 euro che scalerai in base ai minuti di utilizzo I already used these bikes 2 years ago but they were still little known. As I see in 2 years the municipal administration of vast has not committed itself in any way to get this service off the ground. The smartphone app is ridiculous to say the least. Does not work. You have to hope to catch an operator on the spot who will unlock the bike when he can. Anyway I would like to know how to get back the money on the account since they make you upload at least 10 euros which you will charge based on the minutes of use

A volte ci sono dei ragazzini che dopo 10 minuti di telefonate varie riescono a sbloccare una bici. Altre volte la postazione è deserta, sull'app la prenotazione risulta confermata ma poi non accade nulla. Idea grandiosa ma la soluzione tecnica non funziona in automatico e la gestione è affidata a ragazzini senza un minimo orientamento. Spero che il servizio migliori. It doesn't work as it should. Forget about being able to take a bicycle with an app (as advertised). Sometimes there are kids who after 10 minutes of various phone calls manage to unlock a bike. Other times the station is deserted, on the app the reservation is confirmed but then nothing happens. Great idea but the technical solution does not work automatically and the management is entrusted to children without a minimum orientation. Hope the service improves.
