Premetto, sono giovane e nn ho bisogno del dottore, ma se avevo bisogno dovevo per forza Andare di persona visto che al telefono non risponde mai. Non accetta richieste di prescrizioni telefoniche e quindi devi andarci di persona. Non ha una sala di attesa e quindi devi aspettare sulle scale nn coperte che se fa caldo muori, se fa freddo ti congeli, se piove ti bagni. La maleducazione della segretaria è veramente irritante, partendo dal modo che ha di porsi alle risposte che ti dà. Penso che però sia proprio un abitudine dello studio perché anche il dottore stesso, ogni volta che gli ho fatto qualche domanda, mi ha sempre trattato con sufficienza, in maniera sbrigativa e superficiale, cosa a mia avviso molto grave, visto che si tratta di salute e visto che per arrivare a fare una visita puoi aspettare anche due ore anche se hai un appuntamento. In somma, ho cambiato medico senza sapere neanche come fosse il nuovo, visto che peggio di lui non penso possa esistere. State lontani dal suo studio, ve lo consiglio. My experience with Ott. SE SI ASPETTA FUORI PER LE SCALE NON È PERCHÉ NON SI HA UNA SALA DI ATTESA, MA PERCHÉ IN QUESTO PERIODO I MEDICI VISITANO UNO PER VOLTA E LE RICHIESTE SI FANNO DA FUORI.LE SEGRETRIE SONO GENTILI E CORTESI SEMPRE DISPONIBILI. DIPENDE TURTO DA VOME CI SI PONE SECONDO ME.CI SONO DUE LINEE TELEFONICHE E L EMAIL,CERTO ALCUNE BOLTE ASPETTO MOLTO PRIMA DI PRENDERE LA LINEA, MA PER IL RESTO OK MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR IABONI IS POSITIVE. ALWAYS KIND AND COURTESY. IF YOU NEED THE RECIPES, SEND THEM BY EMAIL.
