★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great classic napoli style pizza. The “Margherita Dop” is fantastic: great dough, nice, sweet tomato sauce. Unfortunately not a lot of vegetarian and no vegan option at all. We had to ask for a Marinara-style pizza and it came without any basil or garlic. Tasted still good, though.

The best pizza we have had in Sicily; excellent, chewy dough with a perfect crust, the right amount of delicious, quality toppings. The anelletti was perfectly cooked. Probably our best meal in Palermo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very graceful welcomed! The waiter was really nice, good wine adviser and good English speaker. The pizza was really original especially the Bronte one with pistacchi pesto base on the pasta and the fried pizza(calzone)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza was so good we came here twice! Can definitely recommend the Pizza Norma, the quality and flavour are great and are very reasonably priced. We were warmly welcomed by the waiter who was very attentive. The surrounding area is lively, especially at weekends - lots of bars and a great atmosphere.
