Sempre sul loro sito, chi è interessato può compilare il form per avere un "rapido" preventivo. Inviato due volte...nessuna risposta anche lì. Motivo ? Boh... Ma, è tanto difficile rispondere "Siamo impegnati in questo periodo" o "Non possiamo" invece di tenere le persone per giorni e giorni in attesa di una vostra miracolosa risposta ? Un'azienda importante, come millanta sul sito, dovrebbe avere qualcuno che risponda e filtri le chiamate. Ma questa sarebbe professionalità, che evidentemente qui manca. Allegati che si sono rifiutati di produrre così come si sono rifiutati di adempire a quanto pattuito e cioè la pratica Enea ! Ma di quest'ultima ne sono venuta a conoscenza quando il termine era in scadenza (nonostante avessi richiesto nel corso di tale periodo a che punto fosse ) ! In un primo momento hanno temporeggiato.....le faremo sapere....dopo mi hanno risposto scrivendo che non avevano nessuna intenzione di assolvere quanto pattuito! Allora nei vostri preventivi non inserite la voce pratica Enea compresa ! Oltre ad averlo scritto lo avete ribadito anche a voce !
