★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno volevo esprimere il mio parere negativo su due prodotti acqustati da voi.
1) ho acquistato 4 pezzi di "cobra 5" di cui 2 non sono esplosi e 2 ho fatto fatica a sentire il botto a pochi metri di distanza e per quello che mi sono costati mi aspettavo molto ma molto di più.
2) ho acquistato (non ricordo il nome) delle mini batterie "per bambini" imbustati in un involucro rosso da due file di colpi rossi con scritto "Crazy e altro" , quando le ho accese mi sono esplose nelle mani rovinando il mio cappotto, ustionandomi leggermente la mano sinistra e fortunatamente avevo allontanato il mio bambino per paura che qualche petardo esplodendo gli poteva fare male....ma se avrei acconsentito a farglielo accendere, visto che dovrebbe essere un prodotto SICURO E PER BAMBINI forse adesso ci sarebbero conseguenze più gravi.
SINCERAMENTE SONO MOLTO DELUSO DEI PRODOTTI ACQUISTATI
Hello I wanted to express my negative opinion on two products purchased by you.
1) I bought 4 pieces of "cobra 5" of which 2 did not explode and 2 I struggled to hear the bang a few meters away and for what they cost me I was expecting a lot, but much more.
2) I bought (I can't remember the name) mini-batteries "for kids" wrapped in a red envelope with two rows of red shots saying "Crazy and more", when I turned them on they exploded in my hands ruining my coat, burnt my left hand slightly and fortunately I had sent my child away for fear that some exploding firecracker could hurt him .... but if I agreed to let him turn it on, since it should be a SAFE, CHILDREN product, perhaps now there would be more consequences serious.
SINCERTO I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED
