Il 31 Dicembre 2021☝?ho segnalato alla ditta I.R.C.di Brigiotta a Siracusa,un problema alla mia caldaia di casa Immergas.Dopo numerose telefonate senza risposta....anche tramite wazp...si sono degnati di venire a vedere il problema,solo il 25 Gennaio 2022☝?Mi dicevano che si doveva sostituire lo "Scambiatore acqua calda"e che mi facevano sapere per la disponibilità e il prezzo.Gli stessi nuovamente Assenti....e dopo mie numerose telefonate...si degnano di rispondere il 07 Febbraio☝?Dicendomi che il ricambio è disponibile,mha le faremo sapere i tempi di consegna...!!! Ad oggi 22 Febbraio non ho ricevuto risposta e assistenza? Mha solo ora vediamo,le faremo sapere, bla bla bugie...Serietà Zerooo?Mi hanno lasciato senza Assistenza,e acqua calda per 2 mesi...?mi sono dovuto rivolgermi ad altri...che hanno prestato Assistenza&Professionalità immediata!!! LO SCONSIGLIO!!!
NON-EXISTING ASSISTANCE AND PROFESSIONALISM !!! On 31 December 2021☝? I reported a problem with my Immergas boiler to the IRC di Brigiotta company in Syracuse.After numerous unanswered phone calls .... even via wazp ... they deigned to come and see the problem, only January 25, 2022☝? They told me that the "Hot water exchanger" had to be replaced and that they let me know about the availability and the price. They were absent again .... and after my numerous phone calls ... they deign to reply on 07 February☝?Telling me that the spare part is available, we will let you know the delivery times ... !!! To date February 22 I have not received any response and assistance? Mha only now let's see, we will let you know, bla bla lies ... Seriousness Zerooo? They left me without assistance, and hot water for 2 months ... ?I had to contact others ... who have provided immediate Assistance & Professionalism !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
