Per il resto prezzi improponibili, totalmente diversi dal listino, lo staff totalmente allucinato, zero contatto con il cliente se non continue risatine tra di loro. Lavoro nelle vendite da diverso tempo e il loro modo di fare sfugge a ogni logica di strategia per fidelizzare il cliente, avendo come risultato che una volta uscita ho pensato "col cavolo che ci ritorno". La bellissima piega che mi era stata fatta a furia di passarci le mani dentro per fare foto e video per sponsorizzare la loro pagina è durata dieci minuti. 100 euro per una decolorazione e una piega su un caschetto, però con lo sconto eh ??. Ovviamente lo scontrino non è stato fatto. Un po di umiltà ragazzi, è un peccato perché la tecnica non vi manca. Offrire un servizio significa molto altro, non è solo tecnica, ma anche umiltà e accoglienza nei confronti dei clienti che sono quelli che vi fanno pagare le bollette a fine mese. Significa illustrare al cliente ciò che si sta facendo, i prodotti usati, mettere a proprio agio in maniera professionale e non alla fine provare a vendermi un anticrespo dicendo "ah comunque ti ho messo l'anticrespo, dovresti usarlo anche a casa" ed è stata la terza frase in due ore e mezza che mi è stata detta. Appena sono arrivata mi è stato detto con tutta la sincerità e professionalità che se mi fossi aspettata un cambiamento radicale (ossia un biondo platino), avrei dovuto cambiare parrucchiere, perché con i capelli rovinati che mi ritrovavo dovevo andare piano e a step. Io ho accettato di intraprendere questo percorso insieme a loro e ad oggi sono finalmente contenta del mio colore di capelli e soprattutto del rapporto che si è instaurato con lo staff. È il posto più accogliente in cui sono stata! Luca è gentilissimo con i suoi dipendenti, non l’ho mai visto rimproverarli in pubblico, ma qualsiasi cosa glie l’ha detta con tutta la gentilezza di questo mondo. Lo staff è sempre pronto ad accogliere le mie richieste e non ho mai visto rivalità tra loro ma solo un grande spirito di gruppo e Giovanna, invece, mi fa sempre sentire a casa, anche se ormai lo sono. Consiglio questo posto a tutte le persone che cercano di cambiare i loro capelli, e ve lo consiglia una persona che ne ha cambiato migliaia di parrucchieri! Ho avuto un piccolo problemino che subito hanno risolto e sono partita felice con la mia piega intatta per tutto il weekend nonostante la pioggia. Appena sono arrivata avevo dei capelli che non mi piacevano, troppo corti e con un colore che non donava luce al mio viso. Sono venuta dopo aver visto i capelli di mia figlia ed essere stata convinta da lei a provare. Ho messo delle extension per capelli, disponibili da subito, che mi sono piaciute molto. Da quel giorno vengo qui due volte a settimana, anche solo per uno shampoo perché sono molto professionali e la piega è impeccabile. Lo staff è stupendo, sono molto affabili e gentili. Mi trovo molto bene. In particolare con Luigi, a cui mi affido sempre e che accoglie tutte le mie richieste. Giovanna è una ragazza simpaticissima che mette a proprio agio. Avrei un pensiero in positivo per ciascuno di loro, perché lo meritano tutti. Lo consiglio vivamente! Ha eseguito con dedizione un taglio perfetto, mi ha resa felice per la prima volta nella vita uscendo da un salone. Niente sfilzini, un uso della forbice molto sapiente, ha lasciato i miei capelli sani e ha tenuto conto della loro forma e della forma del mio viso, consigliandomi passo passo nella decisione di dare un taglio drastico. I prodotti usati non sono per niente aggressivi, da amante del bio posso dire che lo shampoo era leggerissimo, così come i prodotti usati per lo styling. È stata una vera e propria esperienza, ha capito perfettamente ciò che avevo in testa e l'ha realizzato. Ha talento, è ispirato, non esegue tagli a memoria ma è creativo. Dunque: ho trovato il mio parrucchiere di fiducia e sto per prendere anche il prossimo appuntamento.
