Me ne indicano diverse, le prendo e non ne va bene una!! Della possibilità di restituire quelle non provate non se ne parla. Due giorni fa cercavo le capsule uno system della Lollo, mi dicono che il titolare non c'era...non sapevano...comunque per oggi le avrebbero sicuramente avute in negozio perché prese all'altro della Montagnola. Vado, ma niente. Tanti viaggi e sempre a mani vuote senza nemmeno una scusa. Pessimo Bad customer focus. I go with an empty capsule to get me the coffee they have with that format. Sicuramente un buon punto di riferimento per il futuro. Raccomando vivamente. Nice shop, good and professional. I took my lavazza machine to repair and in two days it came back new.
