★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un ex studentessa del Istituto Tecnico per geometri ITG Lecce Piazza Palio, diplomata nell'anno scolastico 2009/2010. Oggi ho dovuto contattare l'ufficio di segreteria per recuperare la certificazione del diploma che avevo da tempo smarrita. Mi serve per l'assunzione ad un nuovo lavoro.
Al telefono l'addetto alla segreteria mi è sembrato alquanto scocciato della mia chiamata e poco disponibile alla richiesta di mandarmi la certificazione tramite mail, pertanto ha concluso dicendo STO INCASINATO QUI DOMANI VEDO SE LA TROVO E TE LA MANDO NON SO.
Io no non capisco questa maleducazione gratuita buttata qui per aria ma avevo un'esigenza seria, non ho chiamato per far perdere tempo e mi aspettavo un tantino di professionalita quanto cortesia.

I am a former student of the Technical Institute for surveyors ITG Lecce Piazza Palio, graduated in the school year 2009/2010. Today I had to contact the secretarial office to retrieve the certification of the diploma I had long since lost. I need it for hiring a new job.
On the phone, the clerk at the office seemed somewhat annoyed by my call and not very available to the request to send me the certification by email, so he concluded by saying I AM BORROWED HERE TOMORROW I SEE IF I FIND IT AND I WILL SEND YOU.
I don't understand this free rudeness thrown in the air but I had a serious need, I didn't call to waste time and I expected a little professionalism as much courtesy.
