β β β β β Doveva esserci una selezione migliore di allievi da mandare a Wine & Siena. Uno che prende a calci un piccione in Piazza del Campo (seppur istantaneamente ripreso da insegnante e qualche compagno) non puΓ² fare un mestiere che richiede equilibrio e gentilezza.
There had to be a better selection of students to send to Wine & Siena. One who kicks a pigeon in Piazza del Campo (albeit instantly taken up by a teacher and a few companions) cannot do a job that requires balance and kindness.

β β β β β Scarsissima, una delusione assoluta 5 anni persi dove ho visto quanta approssimazione c'Γ¨ in quella scuola, una classe con piΓΉ di 25 ragazzi dove a fine quinquennio quasi tutti hanno deciso di cambiare indirizzo proprio perchΓ© non gli Γ¨ stato dato una formazione decente. Alcuni professori veramente imbarazzano dove spicca per incapacitΓ il professore di cucina che poi era anche l'indirizzo scelto. Esperienza da non ripetere scuola in caduta Libera.
Very little, an absolute disappointment 5 years lost where I saw how much approximation there is in that school, a class with more than 25 boys where at the end of the five years almost all of them decided to change their address because they were not given a decent education. Some professors are really embarrassed where the kitchen professor stands out because he was also the chosen address. Experience not to repeat school in free fall.

β β β β β Forse Γ¨ meglio 0 stelle. Per informarmi al telefono su un ritiro del diploma si dimostrano subito impazienti e scortesi. Nel 2020 venendo da lontanto e con una pandemia in corso ancora non si degnano di inviare per email un diploma, quando basterebbe inviare un bonifico. Immaginate come possa essere la scuola...
Maybe 0 stars is better. To inform me on the phone about a withdrawal of the diploma they are immediately impatient and rude. In 2020, coming from afar and with an ongoing pandemic they still do not deign to send a diploma by email, when it would be enough to send a bank transfer. Imagine what school can be like ...

β β β β β Un istituto molto bello. I ragazzi imparano un mestiere,dalla cucina alla sala. Ovviamente,materie tecniche,lingue ed italiano. Belli i laboratori,le cucine e le sale.
A very nice institution. The boys learn a trade, from the kitchen to the hall. Obviously, technical subjects, languages ββand Italian. Beautiful laboratories, kitchens and rooms.
