Ottima la qualità della cucina, un'alternativa regionale alla tipica veneta. Unico appunto riguarda la visibilità che potrebbe essere migliorata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, bene in compagnia e in coppia, bravi! Ultimo plauso al caffè fatto con la moka, come a casa! Rustic and genuine, managed with love and patience by the two owners who create a familiar and customer-friendly environment. Excellent quality of cuisine, a regional alternative to the typical Venetian. The only point concerns the visibility that could be improved. Excellent value for money, good company and in pairs, good! Last applause for coffee made with moka, like at home!

Dall'antipasto al dolce ho mangiato di qualità, ho bevuto di qualità e mi sono anche divertito. A mio avviso, ho pagato anche poco per la qualità che ho trovato nei piatti e nel bicchiere. Tornerò sicuramente. I am a lover of Umbria, its people and its cuisine. I have not eaten, I have lived an experience that I am surely going to repeat. From the starter to the dessert I ate quality, I drank quality and I also had fun. In my opinion, I paid very little for the quality that I found in the dishes and in the glass. I will definitely be back.

Tempi di attesa però lunghissimi: 1 ora e mezza per un piatto di pasta (con condimento di panna e salsiccia molto gustoso e gradevole), altri 45 minuti per i secondi e 20 minuti per dei semplici caffè. Ci siamo seduti alle 21 e abbiamo cominciato a mangiare alle 22.30, troppo. Ci tornerò sicuramente, ma i tempi di attesa vanno diminuiti (soprattutto l'ora e mezza per l'arrivo dei primi). Quality food and cooked well. Generous portions. But very long waiting times: 1 hour and a half for a pasta dish (with cream and sausage dressing very tasty and pleasant), another 45 minutes for the main courses and 20 minutes for simple coffees. We sat down at 9pm and started eating at 10.30pm, too. I will definitely be back, but the waiting times must be reduced (especially the hour and a half for the arrival of the first ones).

Si consiglia sempre la prenotazione alla sera in quanto locale intimo e non molto grande. Come da foto si evince la particolarità dei “Spaghetti del Gozzone” con addirittura il guanciale croccante e tartufo freschissimo. L’ “Agnello scottadito” (alla brace con cucina in vista) si presenta un po’ spartano ma la cottura e la bontà di sicuro sopra la media;carne tenera e condita al punto giusto. Di sicuro locale che può crescere molto perché ci sono tutti i presupposti Caffè con moka? Newly opened restaurant. Here you can eat and drink only products from the UMBRIA region. You immediately feel the desire of the owners to present their region in its culinary and typical aspects of the place. Reservations are always recommended in the evening as it is an intimate and not very large venue. As shown in the photos, the particularity of the "Spaghetti del Gozzone" can be seen, with even the crispy bacon and the freshest truffle. The "scottadito lamb" (barbecued with cooking in sight) is a bit spartan but the cooking and the goodness are certainly above average; tender and seasoned meat at the right point. Certainly local that can grow a lot because there are all the conditions Coffee with moka?

Davvero cordiali i proprietari, ti fanno sentire a casa fin da subito; poco male per l'attesa dei piatti, la cottura alla brace richiede i suoi tempi e la qualità del cibo premia la pazienza. Uscirete rotondi e felici. I Gozzoni is a small but really cozy place. It offers excellent meat and Umbrian products with generous portions and fair prices. Really friendly owners, they make you feel at home right away; not bad for waiting for the dishes, cooking on the grill requires its time and the quality of the food rewards patience. You will come out round and happy.

La tagliata, carne gustosissima e cotta veramente bene, ho chiesto il manzo al sangue ed era perfetto. Molti si sono lamentati dei tempi di attesa, ma tenete presente che tutto viene cotto al momento e i tempi di cottura, specie alla brace, sono quelli, perfino il caffè fatto con la moka. Esperienza super positiva da ripetere sicuramente con le altre specialità di carne proposta.
