★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riporto l'esperienza di mia madre di ieri. Ore 19e 5 minuti. ( orario di chiusura ore 19)Lei entra e davanti a lei una signora sta finendo di essere servita. La signora esce. Mia madre si scusa per l'ora dicendo che pensava fosse aperto fino le 19,30 e gentilmente chiede se è possibile avere una semplice confezione con delle rose per un anniversario. Ecco la risposta: No, adesso chiudo e poi lei non è mia cliente. ( non era la prima volta che prendeva fiori li ma sicuramente è stata l'ultima)
Invitata ad uscire, ha chiuso la porta.
Da ex commerciante mi chiedo come sia possibile una cosa del genere!
I report my mother's experience from yesterday. 7pm and 5 minutes. (closing time 7 pm) She enters and in front of her a lady is finishing being served. The lady goes out. My mother apologizes for the time saying she thought it was open until 7.30pm and politely asks if it is possible to have a simple box with roses for an anniversary. Here is the answer: No, now I close and then she is not my client. (it wasn't the first time she took flowers there but it was definitely the last)
Invited to leave, she closed the door.
As a former trader I wonder how such a thing is possible!
