Hanno disdetto il mio appuntamento a meno di 24 ore dal matrimonio a cui dovevo partecipare, dopo che mi ero recata presso il loro negozio per UNA prova gratuita (non plurime, come sostenuto dai signori Facchetti nella risposta qui sotto) senza avvisarmi direttamente ma mandando un messaggio ad una mia conoscente e senza nemmeno tante scuse. L'appuntamento era stato preso con almeno 3 settimane di anticipo e NON è mai stato modificato da parte mia, come invece sostengo nuovamente i signori Facchetti. Ho dovuto contattarli più volte per chiedere conferma della reale disdetta e sono riuscita a mettermi in contatto con loro solo ore e ore dopo. Uno dei due parrucchieri avrebbe avuto un imprevisto (così mi è stato riferito) e non ci sarebbe stato la mattina successiva, peccato però che in negozio sono in due e di conseguenza, se avessero voluto, avrebbero potuto comunque farmi un'acconciatura (avevo richiesto un semplicissimo chignon) ma soprattutto, so con certezza che in realtà erano entrambi in negozio quella mattina! !Mah! Aggiungo che hanno dato disdetta il lunedì per il martedì, mettendomi realmente in difficoltà in quanto la maggior parte dei parrucchieri sono chiusi in quella giornata. Mi spiace dover fare recensioni di questo genere ma li sconsiglio vivamente. Not at all professional. They canceled my appointment less than 24 hours after the wedding I was supposed to attend, after I went to their shop for ONE free trial (not multiple, as claimed by Mr. Facchetti in the answer below) without notifying me directly but by sending a message to an acquaintance of mine and without even so many excuses. The appointment had been made at least 3 weeks in advance and it was NEVER changed by me, as instead I once again support the Facchetti. I had to contact them several times to ask for confirmation of the actual cancellation and I was able to get in touch with them only hours and hours later. One of the two hairdressers would have had an unexpected event (so I was told) and would not have been there the next morning, but it is a pity that there are two of them in the shop and consequently, if they had wanted, they could have done me a hairstyle anyway (I had requested a very simple bun) but above all, I know for sure that they were both in the shop that morning! ! Mah! I add that they canceled Monday for Tuesday, putting me in real trouble as most of the hairdressers are closed on that day. I am sorry to have to do reviews of this kind but I strongly advise against them.
