 Very kind people ... especially the man in charge of the cremation of a kindness ... he came home to take my cat Luna ... the day of the cremation he made me say goodbye and made me watch the creaming .. .also later when he opened the crematorium ... thank you very much ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie per la gentilezza e la delicatezza dimostrate in un evento cosi' triste. Mi avete dato la possibilita' di rivedere la mia amata Tina. Un evento che ritenevo impossibile, dati gli anni trascorsi.
Un ringraziamento particolare lo devo al signor Paolo, che con profonda umanita' ha provveduto al recupero della mia uccellina e del gatto ed alla cremazione.
Ho potuto visitare anche il cimitero, un luogo davvero speciale. Penso che tutto cio' possa scaturire esclusivamente dall'amore e dal rispetto che nutrite nei confronti degli animali.
Mi siete stati consigliati da una persona per me speciale. Non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio.
Thank you for the kindness and delicacy shown in such a sad event. You gave me a chance to see my beloved Tina again. An event that I thought impossible, given the past years.
I owe a special thanks to Mr. Paolo, who with deep humanity has provided for the recovery of my bird and cat and for the cremation.
I was also able to visit the cemetery, a very special place. I think all of this can come exclusively from the love and respect you have for animals.

Questa mattina ho portato il corpicino del mio gatto per la cremazione, ho ricevuto puntuali spiegazioni sulle modalità del processo in totale trasparenza, ho potuto assistervi nel raccoglimento che si deve a un rito di passaggio. La struttura ospita anche un cimitero per animali immerso nel verde, e un allevamento con cani e gatti in perfetta salute che gironzolano nell'area poco distante, dando al luogo un'atmosfera gioiosa e serena. Sono molto soddisfatta.
The death of your pet is always an inextinguishable pain, but humanity and care are of great comfort. This morning I brought my cat's body for cremation, I received precise explanations on the modalities of the process in total transparency, I was able to assist you in the meditation that is due to a rite of passage. The structure also houses a cemetery for animals surrounded by greenery, and a kennel with dogs and cats in perfect health that roam the nearby area, giving the place a joyful and serene atmosphere. I'm very satisfied.

From the I Due Trulli kennel we bought our maltesina, Trilli, last September. Among the different centers we consulted, this one convinced us immediately! Ms. Paola has always been helpful and professional. His valuable advice helped us to better face this wonderful experience!

Ci è stato spiegato tutto il processo di cremazione con molta trasparenza. Inoltre sono stati molto gentili nel portarci le ceneri in clinica per una nostra comodità di spostamento. Sono molto soddisfatta.
Yesterday we greeted our little dog Briciola for the last time. It was treated very well, we found it neat and clean. The whole cremation process was explained to us very transparently. They were also very kind in bringing the ashes to the clinic for our convenience of travel. I'm very satisfied.

Abbiamo fruito dei loro servizi di cremazione e già dal primo approccio con la signora Claudia sono state evidenti la professionalità e sensibilità. Valori morali che abbiamo riscontrato anche nel loro collaboratore che con molta dolcezza ha tenuto tra le sue braccia la nostra piccola Molly. Persone squisite e serie che ci hanno permesso di essere presenti sin dall'inizio della cremazione fino al recupero delle ceneri.
Servizio eccellente che i nostri piccoli meritano di ricevere dopo tutto l'amore incondizionato trasmessoci.

I highly recommend "I Due Trulli" for their professionalism, seriousness and precision in carrying out their work. We made use of their cremation services and their professionalism and sensitivity were evident from the first approach with Mrs. Claudia. Moral values that we also found in their collaborator who very sweetly held our little Molly in his arms. Exquisite and serious people who allowed us to be present from the beginning of the cremation to the recovery of the ashes.
Excellent service that our little ones deserve to receive after all the unconditional love passed on to us.
