★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place with great history and great wines. The combination of minerality from the volcanic soil and the varied microclimates of different sides/areas of Mt. Etna allows for the creation of highly drinkable complex wines that remind me of Chile, but the warmer latitude can also offer the deep richness often associated with Italian wines. Their wines have beautiful character and deep respect to natural traditions. I recommend this everyone!
