★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovete acquistare casa tramite quest'agenzia, vi consiglio di farvi seguire da un tecnico esterno (non consigliato da loro) per verificare che l'immobile che vi accingete ad acquistare sia corrispondente a quello che vi raccontano! L'acquisto della nostra casa è stato un incubo!!!
If you have to buy a house through this agency, I recommend that you have an external technician follow you (not recommended by them) to check that the property you are about to buy corresponds to what they tell you! Buying our home was a nightmare !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una casa viene descritta nell'annuncio pubblicato sul loro sito con determinate e chiare caratteristiche, poi ho telefonato e ho scoperto che le caratteristiche sono completamente diverse. Così: la cucina dichiarata per iscritto abitabile, diventa "semi abitabile". Dico, scusi? Risposta: "Eh un tavolo per mangiare non ci sta". Ah.
Le due camere da letto dichiarate per iscritto, diventano al telefono: una camera e MEZZO. Dico, non ho capito. "Mezza. Mezza camera". Mah. Quindi non 2 camere da letto. Ma una camera e un ripostiglio. Un po' come avere un figlio e metterne mezzo nella mezza camera e mezzo in giardino.
I due bagni apparentemente dichiarati nell'annuncio, diventano in realtà uno. Perché l'altro si trova in garage. Ah. Questo ovviamente non è scritto nell'annuncio, ove è possibile leggere solo di due bagni, che ragionevolmente -uno pensa- dovrebbero trovarsi in casa.
Non parliamo poi dell'usanza di dichiarare la casa di 100 mq, salvo poi scoprire che non arriva a 80 mq.
Non è serio presentare una casa in modo palesemente difforme, fornendo descrizioni che non trovano riscontro nella realtà e fare perdere tempo a chi, come me, non ha tempo da perdere.

Let's not talk about the custom of declaring the house of 100 square meters, only to discover that it does not reach 80 square meters.
It is not serious to present a house in a clearly different way, providing descriptions that are not reflected in reality and wasting time on those who, like me, have no time to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo l'annuncio dell'agenzia la casa di campagna in vendita era dotata di "bombolone gas esterno, pozzo, fossa settica...", il tutto abitabile da subito. Peccato che dopo alcune verifiche la casa è risultata sprovvista di agibilità, priva di fossa settica, con impianto gpl da mettere a norma e il pozzi non potabile ( il tutto in una zona non servita da acquedotto e fognatura pubblica...). Completamente inaffidabili!

Se dovete acquistare tramite quest'agenzia, munitevi di un buon tecnico esterno! Oltre alla pessima mediazione fatta con la parte venditrice, pretendevano pure di essere pagati più del 5%...
