Camere ampie e pulite.

Colazione da preparare in autonomia , viene lasciato tutto il necessario ma non c'è servizio al tavolo.
Consigliato unicamente per brevi periodi
Good bed and breakfast set in a large apartment in via San Vincenzo in Genoa, Brignole station area.
Rooms large and clean.
Property not always present
Breakfast to prepare independently, everything is left but there is no table service.
Recommended only for short periods

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi piacciono questi b&b improvvisati in appartamenti di palazzi. Nel campanello non risulta un b&b ma solamente il cognome del proprietario. Fredda accoglienza, nessuna ricevuta per il pernottamento. Chi vuole aprire un attività deve anche mettere in conto che SI DEVONO PAGARE LE TASSE!!
I don't like these makeshift b & bs in apartment buildings. In the bell there is not a b & b but only the last name of the owner. Cold welcome, no receipt for overnight stay. Who wants to open a business you must also take into account that MUST PAY TAXES !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorno da dimenticare! Purtroppo il proprietario del b&b non sa che cosa sia la privacy! Non solo utilizza l'appartamento dato in affitto come suo ufficio ma utilizza anche i servizi (bagni) delle camere. Peccato perché il b&b è situato in un palazzo storico.
Stay to forget! Unfortunately the owner of the b & b does not know what privacy is! Not only does he use the apartment rented as his office but he also uses the services (bathrooms) of the rooms. Too bad because the b & b is located in a historic building.
