★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Lavori svolti male,svariati danni al condominio durante i lavori di ristrutturazione, tra questi il tetto bruciato nel mese di gennaio. La ditta ha sospeso i lavori, lasciando le famiglie al freddo e con infiltrazioni di acqua negli appartamenti durante il periodo invernale. Ad oggi dopo le innumerevoli richieste del condominio di concludere i lavori, la ditta si rifiuta. Il palazzo resta in condizioni disastrate.
Bad experience. Badly done work, various damage to the condominium during the renovations, including the roof burned in January. The company has suspended the work, leaving the families in the cold and with water infiltration in the apartments during the winter period. To date, after the innumerable requests from the condominium to complete the work, the company refuses. The building remains in disastrous condition.
