Carmen é stata dolcissima e professionale come il resto del team. Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole un parrucchiere che sappia ascoltare le esigenze e consigliare. Anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo! A presto Martina I don't often make reviews but in this case they really deserve it. First time ever that I go out 100% satisfied by a hairdresser. Carmen was as sweet and professional as the rest of the team. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a hairdresser who can listen to needs and advise. The quality / price ratio is also excellent! Una assistente molto carina e gentile si è resa conto del danno subito dai miei capelli e si è proposta di aiutarmi. Ma io non ci metterò più piede da loro. Passeranno anni prima di porre rimedio al danno subito. E dire che mi ero completamente affidata a loro chiedendo se potevo farla o meno ed ho fatto come mi hanno consigliato. Il mio errore è stato affidarmi alle loro mani senza considerare che invece di agire come professionisti pensavano solo al loro tornaconto economico. Oggi sembro una capra, con i capelli distrutti ed un riccio che neanche mia nonna ha mai portato. Tipo barboncino bruciato. Loro adesso avranno i miei 200 euro e saranno felici, ma gli auguro di spenderli in medicine. I paid 200 euros for a permanent. I don't care about money. But having all my hair ruined destroyed me psychologically. A very nice and kind assistant realized the damage suffered by my hair and proposed to help me. But I will never set foot on them again. Years will pass before remedying the damage suffered. And to say that I had completely relied on them asking if I could do it or not and I did as they advised me. My mistake was to rely on their hands without considering that instead of acting as professionals, they thought only of their economic advantage. Today I look like a goat, with hair destroyed and a hedgehog that my grandmother never even wore. Burnt poodle type. They will now have my 200 euros and they will be happy, but I wish them to spend it on medicines.

Ad oggi non riesco a stare senza di loro! Capelli forti e sani nonostante le schiariture! Quindi CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE! E Grazie!
