Alla cassa abbiamo pagato 137€ per cose che non ha affatto chiesto... Al momento preso alla sprovvista ho pagato ma ripensandoci ho fatto male dovevo dare loro 50€ e mandarli a quel paese... NON FATEVI ABBINDOLARE, MODO DI FARE TRUFFALDINO !!! Segnalerò la cosa alle associazioni per i consumatori. Vergognatevi CAUTION !!! Non è mai accaduto! Probabilmente sono reazioni psicologiche" Non contente cercano di applicarmi una maschera per le punte che io rifiuto e la risposta è incredulità : "ma come, non la vuoi? Perchè?" Per completare l'opera una bella piega rapida come se li avessi asciugati a casa. Trattandosi di una piccola azienda che non si cura della fidelizzazione del cliente ovviamente nè mi hanno chiesto scusa, nè quanto meno applicato uno sconto, o qualunque altro riparo per consentirmi di ritornare. A completare l'opera non esiste un indirizzo e-mail per mandare un reclamo dunque non mi resta che scriverlo qui : giratene alla larga! La professionalità non è di casa e l'unico interesse è fare cassa! Bocciatissimi! Mi viene calcolato shiatsu lungo quando i miei capelli Sn corti ed altre cose aggiuntive nn richieste. La risposta avresti potuto pagare di più questi sono i prezzi. Consiglio di farvi fare un preventivo prima di farvi presentare un conto a mio parere assurdo .per un totale di euro 165.00. Aggiunto quello che voleva lei (" la parruchiera"): trattamento bio non richiesto etc. è riuscita ad arrivare a 52 €. Non ci vado mai piu, poco ma sicuro! È quel modo gentile a prenderti per il culo che non mi è piaciuto. Non andate da loro, vi deluderanno di sicuro! È il loro "lavoro"!? Bad impression !!! Nulla da dire sul posto e sul personale (carino e cortese), ma una persona non può entrare alle 17:30 per una “tinta + taglio”, nel mio caso specifico ho richiesto uno shatush, e concludere due ore e mezza dopo, dovendo saldare un totale di €192.00! È stato del tutto non preventivato, ne spiegato dalla professionista in questione. Al momento del conto, il mio ragazzo era incredulo, io ci sono rimasta talmente male da aver solo tirato fuori il bancomat e aver chiuso così. Ero a disagio. La signorina in cassa non ha spiegato o tantomeno giustificato tale importo ed è stato mio l’errore di non aver lamentato il disappunto e la sorpresa. Concludo dicendo che una persona “normale”, che entra in un parrucchiere di un centro commerciale, non si aspetta per niente di spendere cifre simili e ricevere trattamenti del tutto non richiesti e non facilmente riconoscibili (chi lo sa che mentre ti fanno uno shampoo stanno mettendo altri due trattamenti etc.)... a questo punto risulta tutto fatto con l’inganno e le omissioni che fanno lievitare il conto. Questa attività manca di trasparenza e si caratterizza di menefreghismo nei confronti del “povero” cliente finale che ha la peggio con il conto... €192,00 che non avevo per niente preventivato di spendere e che non dimenticherò facilmente.
