Beautiful landscape even in winter. You can safely do birdwatching as there is the constant presence of ducks and swans. At sunset the "swamp" is tinged with delightful pastel shades.

Peraltro pochi. Simpatico
Really interesting is Gabriele, the barcarolo, prepared and passionate in telling the story of both the Mincio and the Gonzagas and of the policy implemented to NOT save the flora and fauna of this wonderful place. The tour lasted over 1 hour and a half wrapped in historical stories and degressions. It is worth all the money you spend. However, few. Friendly

Been there in August 2018 with my wife. August is in the middle of blossoming season for lotus flowers which literally cover the whole river area (being also a problem for native plant species and fauna...). Amazing boating experience: small ferries carry you through a unique scenario, evoking oriental landscapes (who has been to Thailand or Cambodia will be surprised)...In the middle of the Po Valley! Incredible. Very prepared guides: our guide, Gabriele was particularly good and clear in his explanations. Definitely a must if you are in northern Italy during summer, and want to experience something different from the crowded beaches of the northern lakes!

Such a peaceful location. The lotus blossoms, the swans, and the serenity of the place make it a perfect spot to just sit and breathe.

We went as a large group of people, and they were nice enough to allow us to order a timeslot in advance. just us. the guide was very nice and informative and we got the see quite a few of the Ugly Ducklings (swan chicks - cygnets). we were in May, so the lotus haven't started blossoming yet. but everything was green and wonderful. definitely worth the money for a relaxing hour. also, the grass near the boat tour is a great place for picnic and games.
