Banco povero davvero poca scelta, prezzi non esposti (cosa che trovo scorretta) e rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero troppo basso. Per fare un esempio, ho acquistato 6 hamburger di chianina pagati 25 euro al kg e non è stato possibile mangiarli data l'estrema secchezza e lo strano retrogusto (cotti su piastra professionale). Mi dispiace lasciare questo tipo di commenti, ma lo faccio per informare eventuali clienti che, come me, si aspettavamo altro. Unfortunately, a very negative experience, convinced of eating good meat, I had to change my mind about the reputation of this butcher shop. Poor bank really little choice, prices not exposed (which I find incorrect) and really too low quality / price ratio. As an example, I bought 6 Chianina hamburgers paid 25 euros per kg and it was not possible to eat them due to the extreme dryness and the strange aftertaste (cooked on a professional griddle). I'm sorry to leave this kind of comments, but I do it to inform any customers that, like me, we expected more.

Mi dispiace dover rovinare ulteriormente la media (già di per sé bassa viste le precedenti recensioni) ma purtroppo i loro prezzi parecchio sopra la media sono un dato oggettivo. Presa bistecca di Chianina da 1.160 kg in costola (quindi senza neanche il filetto) pagata la bellezza di 52 Euro. Per questo taglio la media è di € 30/35 al Kg. Inoltre nel mio caso la bistecca è stata tagliata anche storta per cui un lato risultava bombato e disomogeneo. Se ti proponi in un certo modo ti devi anche aspettare una clientela specifica. Prezzi assenti sui vari tagli/lombate esposti nel bancone. Presente un listino prezzi a caratteri piccoli affisso al muro (scarsamente visibile), confermo la poca chiarezza in tal senso. Per ora sconsigliato, la qualità è discreta ma i prezzi eccessivamente alti spaventerebbero anche un T-Rex. Meglio andare altrove. Dovrebbero fare tesoro di questi feedback e migliorarsi. Mi riservo di rivedere la recensione in caso di eventuali miglioramenti. Prices out of place, disproportionately high! Furthermore, in my case the steak was also cut crooked so that one side was rounded and uneven. If you propose yourself in a certain way, you must also expect a specific clientele. Prices absent on the various cuts / loins displayed on the counter. Present a price list in small print posted on the wall (scarcely visible), I confirm the lack of clarity in this sense. Not recommended for now, the quality is decent but the excessively high prices would scare even a T-Rex. Better to go elsewhere. They should take this feedback and improve. I reserve the right to review the review in case of any improvements.
