★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La "signora Enza" è sempre sgarbatissima. Mi ha tenuto un'ora perché parlava al telefono, allora ho fatto io la pratica dal mio cellulare e nel mostrarle se era tutto corretto l'ha pure cancellata! Quella specie di segretaria, sua cognata, mi ha urlato contro inventandosi di sana pianta che io "non avevo capito" che chiudono il portone un'ora prima dell'effettiva chiusura, sbraitava mentre io stavo male fisicamente e la pregavo di smetterla perché avevo capito benissimo! Incivile!
La signora Enza, si mette a sbraitare insieme alla "segretaria" che lei ha una vita e deve andarsene (e perché noi non abbiamo pure una vita?) Sono stata MALTRATTATA da questa gentaglia che invece di offrire un servizio, abusa della posizione sentendosi chissà chi! Non è la sola volta, questa Enza e sua cognata dovrebbero farsi un bagno d'umiltà! VERGOGNATEVI!!!
 "Signora Enza" is always very rude. She kept me for an hour because she was talking on the phone, so I did the practice from my cell phone and in showing her if everything was correct she also canceled it! That kind of secretary, her sister-in-law, yelled at me, inventing out of the blue that I "didn't understand" that they close the door an hour before it actually closed, she yelled while I was physically ill and begged her to stop because I understood very good! Uncivilized!
Ms. Enza starts ranting together with the "secretary" that she has a life and has to go (and why don't we have a life as well?) who! It is not the only time, this Enza and her sister-in-law should take a bath of humility! SHAME ON YOU!!!
