★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige organisatie. In juni 2,5 week met echtgenoot en hond naar 2 parken van Human in de Toscane geweest. Erg fijn personeel. Volop activiteiten. Elke avond muziek voor volwassenen en kinderen. Verschillende restaurants en ijssalons met super lekker ijs. Genoeg uitlaat mogelijkheden. De 2 stacaravans (Eden) van human waren erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Dank voor een erg fijne vakantie.
 Great organization. In June 2.5 weeks with husband and dog to 2 parks of Human in the Tuscany. Very nice staff. Plenty of activities. Music every night for adults and children. Several restaurants and ice cream parlors with super yummy ice. Enough outlet options. The two mobile homes (Eden) human were very clean and well equipped. Thanks for a very nice holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere gebuchte Reise konnte aufgrund der noch geschlossenen Landesgrenzen Italiens nicht angetreten werden. Da keinerlei Nachricht von Human Company bzgl. weiterer Vorgehensweise kam, haben wir die Reise 4 Wochen vorher storniert. Nach 6 Wochen dauerndem, zähem Emailverkehr wurde uns unsere Anzahlung abzüglich 10% Stornierungskosten über den Gesamtreisepreis! zurückbezahlt.
Wir konnten gar nicht anreisen, da die Grenze geschlossen war!
Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Urlaub gefreut, aber wenn wir ihn nächstes Jahr nachholen, werden wir sicher nicht mehr bei Human Company buchen.
Our booked trip could not be started due to the still closed national borders of Italy. As there was no message from Human Company regarding further action, we canceled the trip 4 weeks in advance. After 6 weeks of persistent email traffic, we received our deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee over the total travel price! repaid.
We couldn't even arrive because the border was closed!
We were really looking forward to the vacation, but if we catch up next year, we will definitely not book with Human Company anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai avrei pensato che questa grande società fosse quest'anno così mal organizzata! La mia famiglia frequenta l'albatros da 9 anni!! Pandemia a parte....anche se credo potevano fare di meglio,x gli enormi spazi a disposizione,ho provato un enorme dispiacere! Spero che il direttore venga sostituito visto che di problemi ne ha creati piuttosto che risolverli! Lo dico con rammarico ma non è la persona giusta al posto giusto.
I never thought that this great company was so badly organized this year! My family has been attending albatross for 9 years !! Pandemic aside .... even if I think they could do better, x the huge spaces available, I felt a huge regret! I hope that the director will be replaced as he has created problems rather than solving them! I say this with regret but he is not the right person in the right place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and very clean rooms, staff could not be more helpful, pool was great for cooling off and the restaurant serves up a varied and delicious menu ( all three meals). A most pleasant experience all around, would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupidly EXPENSIVE!!!, Not at all "camping in town" actually 6.5km from "town" navetta ends so early (7:15 from Firenze back to the campsite) that it's not worth staying in town for dinner, the food shop on site is supposed to close at 8pm but turned customers away at 7:45pm?? imagine turning up with kids and no food?? the campsite was very cramp pitch-wise, incredibly noisy, loads of noise during the night well into the early hours of the morning, and to top it all we withdrew some cash from the "on-site" ATM, ordinarily this would cost very little anywhere else but here at Camping Firenze it cost us £38 Euros to withdraw £250 euros, their motto is Open Air and Open minds, well open air is their idea of a very tight pitch, open mind should read open your wallet we're going to fleece you, avoid if you can it really is NOT good value, a blatant rip-off,
