Nessun rispetto dei cittadini, code al chiuso di ore.
Disorganizzazione e approssimazione.
I cittadini anche anziani vengono fatti entrare senza considerare gli orari degli appuntamenti e questo determina affollamenti ed assembramenti assolutamente incongrui e pericolosi.
Non è assolutamente rispettato il distanziamento.
Nessuno interviene per ripristinare la legalità e le regole in vigore.
Nessuno addetto sanitario ha un tesserino di riconoscimento, quindi non è possibile sapere con chi si è parlato e il medico che ha fatto l'anamnesi e/o la vaccinazione.
Effettuato il richiamo venerdì 10 dicembre non è ancora arrivata la comunicazione che permette di scaricare il certificato vaccinale.
Insomma non sembrava proprio di stare a Bologna o in Emilia Romagna.

Disorganization and approximation.

The spacing is absolutely not respected.
No one intervenes to restore legality and the rules in force.
No health worker has an identification card, so it is not possible to know who you spoke to and the doctor who made the medical history and / or the vaccination.
After the recall was carried out on Friday 10 December, the communication that allows you to download the vaccination certificate has not yet arrived.
In short, it didn't really seem to be in Bologna or Emilia Romagna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi unisco al coro dei molti che non hanno ricevuto l'aggiornamento del greenpass e che non possono nemmeno recuperarlo perché non registrati.
Nonostante abbia provveduto a segnalare il disagio al 1500, non avendo ottenuto nulla, oggi mi recherò di persona all'hub.
Consiglio a chi deve ancora fare il richiamo del vaccino di farsi registrare al momento della vaccinazione.
AGGIORNAMENTO: sono stata al centro domenica scorsa per avere informazioni e un addetto gentilissimo (davvero) mi ha comunicato che ci sono stati dei problemi e che, nell'arco di un paio di giorni, mi sarebbe arrivato l'aggiornamento del greenpass. Così è stato. Ho aspettato dieci giorni ma adesso il problema è stato risolto.

UPDATE: I was at the center last Sunday to get information and a very kind (really) employee informed me that there were some problems and that, within a couple of days, I would get the greenpass update. So it was. I waited ten days but now the problem is solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hub facilmente raggiungibile con comodo parcheggio. Molto organizzati e tutti estremamente gentili. In mezz'ora ho fatto tutto senza problemi. Ma la gente cosa si aspetta? Di arrivare ed avere l'infermiere con il vaccino che lo sta aspettando? Inoltre le attese si fanno al coperto. Danno subito il certificato aggiornato.
Easily accessible hub with convenient parking. Very organized and all extremely kind. In half an hour I did everything without problems. But what do people expect? To arrive and have the nurse with the vaccine waiting for him? In addition, the waits are made indoors. They immediately give the updated certificate.

Mi sono recato all'hub per chiedere spiegazioni : non avevano ancora caricato il foglio della vaccinazione eseguita.

E' arrivato, tutto OK. Quindi coloro che non hanno ancora ricevuto il green pass da diverso tempo è meglio che si rechino sul posto e farsi registrare.
3rd dose on December 9th. After that no news, 15 days have passed. My wife took the 3rd dose with me and received everything after 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terza dose fatta l'11 dicembre. Sull'organizzazione e le modalità riscontrate il giorno stesso, nulla da eccepire. Personale gentile e professionale, file ordinate, in un'ora ero già fuori dall'hub vaccinale. Unica, grossa pecca, è che da allora non ho ancora ricevuto il GreenPass aggiornato. Oggi ho chiamato il numero 1500, che ha inviato una segnalazione. Resto in attesa, "fiduciosa".
Aggiornamento del 6 gennaio:
Ancora niente GreenPass. Purtroppo non potrò recarmi al centro vaccinale, per un ulteriore sollecito e le verifiche del caso, prima del 17 gennaio. Mi tocca ancora aspettare. Sono oltremodo contrariata.
Aggiornamento del 19 gennaio:
Ieri, dopo 38 giorni, finalmente ho potuto avere il mio "nuovo" GreenPass.
Dopo tre chiamate al numero 1500 e due segnalazioni inviate dagli addetti al servizio, lunedì mi sono recata personalmente al centro vaccinale: avevano registrato il mio vaccino come prima (e non come terza) dose.
Consiglio, a chi è ancora in attesa da settimane, di recarsi personalmente al centro per verificare la propria situazione. Ci sono stati diversi problemi per chi ha effettuato il vaccino nelle prime settimane di dicembre...
Third dose taken on December 11th. There is nothing to complain about the organization and the methods found on the same day. Polite and professional staff, neat lines, in an hour I was already out of the vaccination hub. The only big flaw is that I haven't received the updated GreenPass since then. Today I called 1500, which sent a report. I am waiting, "confident".
Update January 6:
Still no GreenPass. Unfortunately I will not be able to go to the vaccination center, for a further reminder and the necessary checks, before January 17th. I still have to wait. I am extremely disappointed.
Update January 19:
Yesterday, after 38 days, I was finally able to get my "new" GreenPass.
After three calls to the number 1500 and two reports sent by the service staff, on Monday I went personally to the vaccination center: they had registered my vaccine as the first (and not the third) dose.
I advise those who have been waiting for weeks to go personally to the center to check their situation. There were several problems for those who had the vaccine in the first weeks of December ...

Anche i tentativi con siti consigliati e telefono 1500 sino stati ad oggi vani. Un minimo di verifica all'organizzazione non guasterebbe. Nel frattempo vedrò come fare per avere il mio nuovo certificato vaccinale e green pass aggiornato
Vaccinated with 3 doses on 6/12 but unfortunately after three weeks no one has yet registered my vaccination. Even attempts with recommended sites and 1500 telephone numbers have so far been in vain. A minimum of verification to the organization would not hurt. In the meantime, I'll see how to get my new vaccination certificate and updated green pass
