Terrible service, they demand money for fictitious services, cleaning is not included in the payment, we were repeatedly rude, lack of soundproofing. I do not recommend!

Полное отсутствие звукоизоляции, слышно каждый звук с улицы, спать было просто не возможно! Пока Вы им ещё не заплатили, они прям ми-ми-ми-шки, а после получения оплаты настоящее хамло!!! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!! НЕ ПОРТИТЕ СЕБЕ НАСТРОЕНИЕ И НЕРВЫ! Disgusting!!!!! The apartment is dirty and run down. We are simply shocked. There is one in the photo, but in fact a homeless person !!!! Номера не соответствуют ранее заявленным критериям ( грязно, мебель убитая, уборка плохая) Изоляция в номере отсутствует, очень шумно...слышно дорогу, и все звуки с улицы. After paying for the room, the attitude of the staff changed, became callous and cold. Indifferent towards their guests. The rooms do not meet the previously stated criteria (dirty, the furniture is dead, the cleaning is poor) There is no insulation in the room, it is very noisy ... you can hear the road, and all the sounds from the street.
O	Olga Kolomiiets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was perfect place for staying on and in Como (lake and city) in appertment "'Ca mia''. I would like to notice such small details that create total comfort. House has elevator - it was important because i was with mother, who is limited ability. I had support from manager for every nesessary question. "Ca mia'' situated few meters from Funicular and lake. I recoment this agency and this appartment.

They said that we should pay 100€ per cleaning (all of us know that’s is marketing, and no one pay this price for cleaning) and after they gave us 1 star review and said we should clean apartment by ourselves before we leave. We are traveling a lot , it a first time this problem, we paid 100€ per cleaning and should clean apartment ? Also they use cheap materials and you can hear your neighbors.

We stayed in the property for 10 days in March 2020 and a year later, we received a fine for entering the old city center by car. The hosts E. and X. had told us (verbally - there's no proof unfortunately) that they would get a permission for us to enter on arrival and departure - since our car was heavily loaded - which turns out they never did. They now refuse to take any responsibility in the event. Very unbusinesslike. Do not trust them.
