★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura (si tratta di un antico palazzo patrizio), all'esterno, è molto bella, l'ambiente è abbastanza pulito, le OSS sono gentili, pazienti, disponibili e simpatiche, ma trovo tristissimo vedere che questi anziani (alcuni in buone condizioni mentali, altri molto confusi, altri molto in difficoltà ed incapaci di comunicare) trascorrono tutte le lunghe ore pomeridiane dentro un enorme salone lungo una fila di tavoli senza essere coinvolti in alcuna attività (come ho visto invece in altre strutture). La cena è alle 17:30 circa, poi tutti a letto, mentre in questa stagione estiva c'è ancora molta luce. Se di vuole portare un regalino, bisogna chiedere il permesso alla Responsabile del reparto. A parte il personale, che è, a mio avviso, OTTIMO, per il resto trovo tutto molto triste.
 The structure (it is an ancient patrician palace), on the outside, is very beautiful, the environment is quite clean, the OSS are kind, patient, helpful and nice, but I find it sad to see that these old people (some in good condition mental, others very confused, others very in difficulty and unable to communicate) spend all the long hours in the afternoon in a huge hall along a row of tables without being involved in any activity (as I have seen in other structures instead). Dinner is at about 5.30pm, then everyone in bed, while in this summer season there is still a lot of light. If you want to bring a gift, you must ask permission from the Head of the department. Apart from the staff, which is, in my opinion, EXCELLENT, for the rest I find everything very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' complicato accedere in tempi di covid. Si accede a una sala in cui viene portato il congiunto e si può restare in sua compagnia per 30 minuti. Personale gentilissimo.
