I titolari sono persone oneste e gentili un sincero ringraziamento per Igor che ho conosciuto personalmente e che si è dimostrato preparato e onesto! Possono riparare auto benzina , diesel, metano e a gas sono concessionari BRC E LANDI. ! Il personale in ufficio è efficiente e preparato riescono a fare preventivi in pochi minuti ! Per ultimo la ciglegina sulla torta ... Hanno se serve auto sostitutiva ! La consiglio veramente a tutti !! Ma vista l'affluenza credo che già in molti la CONOSCONO!! Qualche giorno fa porto l auto per un problema alla frizione in quanto cigolava quando la premevo, dopo una controllata mi dicono subito che bisogna cambiare la pompa della frizione con una spesa di 260 euro. Come spesso faccio temporeggio e chiedo un altro parere in un altra officina. Il secondo meccanico fa varie prove per sentire bene il tipo di cigolio della frizione e mi dice che non dipende dalla pompa della frizione ma dalla molla/perno del pedale. Morale... smonta il pezzo, ingrassa il tutto con un prodotto specifico e non fa più nessun rumore...speso meno di 50 euro. Struttura super attrezzata ho scoperto poi che hanno moltissimi servizi oltre al tagliando, penso sia l'unica struttura che riesca a fare tutto quello che serve per l'assistenza di qualunque auto nella zona di Ancona. Mi hanno fornito l'auto sostitutiva e trattato veramente benissimo. Ho fatto il tagliando, la revisione e il cambio dei freni anteriori (pasticche e dischi ). Il costo totale degli interventi è stato onesto non come in altre officine della zona. Sono veramente molto soddisfatto di questa officina, anche se devo fare qualche km in più per arrivarci da oggi in poi andrò sempre qui. Ringrazio il personale e lo consiglio veramente a tutti. Mi hanno fornito un auto sostitutiva. e in giro di 2 ore mi hanno chiamato che avevano finito ma io ero andato fuori per lavoro sono stati genili a lasciarmi la macchina per un giorno in più. Fatto il tagliando, la revisione e il cambio dell'olio del cambio automatico. Il costo totale degli interventi è stato giusto. Ringrazio il personale e consiglierò l'officina a i miei amici. Dall'auto sostitutiva mentre si effettua l'impianto al post-vendita per il collaudo dello stesso impianto. Unico neo l'auto sostitutiva non era stata pulita......una piccola negligenza, che richiederebbe maggiore attenzione. Per il resto molto efficienti.
