K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier stimmt einfach alles: Die herrliche Lage des familiengeführten Hotels am Reschensee, herzliche Gastgeber, die modernen, sauberen Zimmer, das abwechslungsreiche und sehr schmackhafte Angebot der Küche, wo das Auge mitisst, der superschöne SPA & Relaxbereich (auch Anwendungen und verschiedene Massagen werden angeboten), der Skibus direkt vor dem Haus, der einen in 4 Minuten zu einer Vielzahl herrlicher Pisten fährt und kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel. Danke für die erholsame Woche und wir kommen gerne wieder. Everything is just right here: The wonderful location of the family-run hotel on Lake Reschen, cordial hosts, the modern, clean rooms, the varied and very tasty range of cuisine that is a feast for the eyes, the super-beautiful SPA & relaxation area (applications and various massages are also offered), the direct ski bus in front of the house, which takes you to a variety of wonderful slopes in 4 minutes and free parking spaces at the hotel. Thank you for the relaxing week and we would love to come back.
D	Dr. Kayus Clavus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Erkundungsurlaub, angezogen durch den Kirchtraum von Alt-Graun, verschlug es mich Mitte April 2022 aufgrund der nicht eben zahlreichen Restaurant-Angebote in Reschen in den "Mohren". Obwohl kein Hotelgast, waren Empfang und Bedienung warmherzig und freundlich, Speis und Trank deliziös und der Aufenthalt nach einer längeren Wandertour in ruhigem, anständigem Ambiente sehr wohltuend. Neben typisch italienischen Speisen lässt die Speisekarte auch an südtiroler Gerichten nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lokalität ist sehr zu empfehlen. In mid-April 2022, I ended up on an exploratory holiday, attracted by the church dream of Alt-Graun, due to the not exactly numerous restaurant offers in Reschen in the "Mohren". Although not a hotel guest, the reception and service were warm and friendly, the food and drink delicious and the stay after a long hike in a quiet, decent atmosphere was very beneficial. In addition to typical Italian dishes, the menu also leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to South Tyrolean dishes. The location is highly recommended.
I	Isabella De Bortoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato il ristorante dell'albergo: clima familiare e personale gentile fanno da cornice a dei piatti sicuramente abbondanti e decisamente in grado di soddisfare quei clienti che cercano i piatti tipici della zona. La qualità delle pietanze è medio-alta e i prezzi sono molto buoni. L'insegna esterna "ristorante" scritta in bianco su sfondo rosso posta all'esterno, non invita il cliente ad entrare, ma non abbiate timore.... Entrate e buon appetito! Lo consiglio. I tried the hotel restaurant: family atmosphere and kind staff are the setting for certainly abundant dishes and definitely able to satisfy those customers who are looking for typical dishes of the area. The quality of the dishes is medium-high and the prices are very good. The external "restaurant" sign written in white on a red background placed outside, does not invite the customer to enter, but do not be afraid .... Come in and enjoy your meal! I advise.

C	Chia-wei Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very clean and new. All infrastruture is well maintained and protected and the staffs were all very friendly. We stayed there for four nigths. We only give this hotel three stars because first, the choice of breakfast was very limit althought the breakfast was buffet. In addition, the hotel is loacted at the main street so that the parking lot was not sufficient for all guests. We had been struggling on searching for parking space every evening. Furthermore, it was quite rare experience for us that there was often no staff at the reception desk. When we arrived the hotel around 3pm, we could not find any one to ask for the checkin. In the end, we went to the restaurant below the hotel to ask for the help. In addition, we tried to reach their staff at the reception desk several times but it was almost impossible. For a 4-star hotel, we were quite disappointed to our experience. But it is a nice hotel.
