★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diverse volte ho avuto il piacere di recarmi a Vilka San Bartolo resort....e ogni volta si rivela una esperienza piacevolissima e sorprendente....grazie ai gestori dalla grande competenza sempre in continua evoluzione e il tutto reso ancora più piacevole dallo chef Failla..... e che dire del posto??? relax garantito.....in due sole parole: Una meraviglia....
 Several times I have had the pleasure of going to Vilka San Bartolo resort .... and each time it turns out to be a very pleasant and surprising experience .... thanks to the managers with great competence always in continuous evolution and all made even more pleasant by the chef Failla ..... and what about the place ??? guaranteed relaxation ..... in just two words: A wonder ....

Siamo andati in 4 + la bimba piccola, luogo accogliente con ampio giardino e prato inglese curatissimo nei minimi dettagli; al centro una bella piscina illuminata di notte, il tutto molto pulito e accogliente. Personale molto qualificato e cordiale, abbiamo optato per le 5 portate (invece di 8). Esplosione di sapori in bocca, accostamento dei sapori mai assaggiato prima, creazioni esclusive di uno chef che ci ha servito piatti ricercati e accostamenti di gusti delicatissimi. Siamo rimasti tutti soddisfattissimi e anche sazi. Locale da consigliare, esperienza che rifarei volentieri.
Prezzi perfettamente allineati con la tipologia di ristorante, servizio eccellente. Mi sento di dare 5 stelle piene senza nessuna riserva.
An unrepeatable experience. We went in 4 + the little girl, a welcoming place with a large garden and lawn that is well-kept down to the smallest detail; in the center a beautiful swimming pool lit up at night, all very clean and welcoming. Very qualified and friendly staff, we opted for the 5 courses (instead of 8). Explosion of flavors in the mouth, combination of flavors never tasted before, exclusive creations of a chef who served us refined dishes and combinations of very delicate tastes. We were all very satisfied and also full. Local to recommend, an experience that I would gladly do again.
Prices perfectly aligned with the type of restaurant, excellent service. I feel like giving full 5 stars without any reservations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi to all I am posting now as I made a mistake and by accident posted a one star rating this however is not the case me and my new wife are on our hunnymoon and we love the peace and tranquillity that the villa San bartolo provides the swimming pool so clean and inviting the staff warm and friendly nothing is to much trouble and the food is great so I have till Friday might not want to go home will make a post at the end of my stay keep up the good work to all the Team San bartelo

Corrado really helped us with the Wines to the dinner and very Good presentation of the food wich was amazing.
If you want a great experience in an amazing atmosphere you should visit this restaurant, next time ill be in Sicily I sure will visit Corrado again.
