F	Francesco Cerlini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice hotel in a beautiful old manor situated on a golf course. The suite is huge, the bathroom very big. Excellent bed, but the furniture a bit dated. Comfortable and nice view from your room over the hills and golf course. Very clean. The restaurant is excellent and using good regional products. Good wines. Nice atmosphere. The breakfast is also very sumptuous : italian / continental / american. All the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.

But: Villa needs renovation, garden in poor state, and most of all, restaurant was a big disappointment: mediocre food, extremely long waiting times. Ordered at 8pm, 2nd dish at 11pm without any info. Other people coming much later were served much earlier. Will not come back.
E	E G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ · Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome place overall. The room was beautiful, very clean. Furniture was in great condition. The building overall is beautiful and well taken care of. Petty nice breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Magnificent location, private parking. · The only thing I am going to complain about it the air condition. For us it's important that the room is cooled to 19C during the night and their is pretty strong air flow. We specifically emailed all the hotels we stay at to be sure that they can accommodate our #1 requirement. We did the same with this hotel and they told us that the air condition works really good. Not true! It barely blows warm air. We had small room and it was impossible to cool it below 23-24C. There was no air flow because of the location of the air condition unit, it's set in the corner, just above the floor. The cool air falls to the ground not able to rise up and cool the room, thus it's totally useless waste of electricity, the air never reaches desired temperature and the unit keeps running. We had to sleep on the floor under the air cond to get at least some cool air flow. I should mention that temperature outside was lower than in the room when we woke up. The only thing kept me from opening the window, are very nasty mosquitoes. Terrible night before long 12 hours travel home. I hope there is no hard feelings, as allot of people don't care about the room temperature. I hope that hotel management will take it under consideration and fixes the air condition situation as we would love to come back and stay there again.
V	V. Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suddenly the water in the shower stoped around 23:00, i called reception they told me that they called technical guy but they don't know how long it will take. I read reviews and found few reviews on booking.com where people wrote the same problem with water, so se problem happened few times but they didn't fix it. I paid for the room 250 eur per night and i can't take shower. Now 23:40 and still is no water. Somebody from hotel personal at upper floors moving things and knocking, its impossible to sleep, its almost midnight but they continue to move things and knock. If you like shower and quiet this hotel not for you.

B	Bas Out on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience at this romantic vintage style hotel. Original high quality finish, marmer bathroom, gold plated faucets. This is how the past rich lived! Service is great throughout, starting with a warm welcome from the two ladies at the reception. Got a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was great considering we did a last minute reservation after shopping at the huge outlet just 5 minute drive away. The hotel includes a restaurant for dinner, great chef and beautiful plating etc. Again,m, with perfect service special thanks to Waldo. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the valley and their own wineyard (i recommend their sparkling wine). Superclean room as well with lots of amenities. I will come back for sure.
K	Khuloud Rashed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely small hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are big, clean and has a great view in the garden. Its near the outlet. The breakfast buffet is lovely. The only negative point is that we can hear the sounds in the above rooms.
