We visited the restaurant and were sitted on the terrace - what an amazing view!!!! Very good food and service, too!

Super hotel in a spectacular setting on the shore of the Antholzer See; welcoming friendly atmosphere. Great breakfast and excellent typical Sudtirol dinners. A magical place!

I have booked a stay with the possibility of refund for 2 for a five night stay this November but we couldn't go so we canceled the booking the owner asked for our Iban and afterwards he said that for the end of the month of October we will be refunded.. He didn't afterwards he said he will refund us anytime and we still didn't receive our refund.. He doesn't answer anymore to our emails and he closes the phone as soon as we tell him who we are.

It was an amazing experience, nice place and great assistance from the team there. Mr.Robert is the hero in this hotel he is providing a great support to his guests whenever they need, big thanks to him.

The hotel is in a beautiful and peaceful location, on an alpine lake. The rooms are clean and big, and the food is just great. Lovely breakfast and gorgeous dinner.

Service: 0 We saw this beautiful hotel on our tracking path and we decided to have a drink in their cafe overlooking the lake. The place is breathtaking however instead of hearing “Welcome to our hotel”, we heard “You can’t sit on the porch because I don’t work under the rain” (even if the rain had stoped). The same waiter indicated where we CAN sit. Considering that we were group of six people another table needed to be added which we did by ourselves since no one offered to assist us. In the mean time the other waiter, instead of helping us, made a comment “this guys are rearranging tables as if they own this place”. From this point everything went downhill. Suggestion for the owner: in hospitality industry you should train your staff to be more service and customer oriented.

Agreeing with some previous review, the place itself is very nice, but there is a big flaw: an impolite owner and suboptimal management. We drove hours to go to this place under the condition that we get the room with a big balcony directly on the lakeside, which is a must. I carefully booked two rooms as such for us and another couple for one night, paying the supplement for it. One room was perfect and as expected, but unfortunately we were assigned a room on the side of the building that was quite different and were extremely disappointed. The owner was not there, but the staff apologized that the other rooms are full and advised to talk to the owner the next morning. He was not back so the staff phoned him the next day, and after first giving my complements for the place and then sharing my disappointment with the room, his response was basically "please do me a favor and do not come back". He argued that to to him the room is in the same category, and that it is his words against mine. Due to the kindness of the staff I had accepted the situation, understanding that the owner has a monopoly on a beautiful lake and there is no competition so at the end he can do what he wants. So basically it depends on your luck upon arrival, you either get a good dream room, or a normal one, at the same price; if you care about this it matters, otherwise you are fine. But the impoliteness towards a customer for me was one I had never observed before, so I put down the phone, paid and left and tried to forget about it. The staff tried to make up for this by offering us a couple of bottles of wine. I don't deny the place is beautiful and the food is good. But I am just sorry to have contributed to such person's business, and do not recommend others to do so.
