★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here before the restaurant is the shining star.i also am now including reviews of hotel mattresses, wi fi ,and in room refrigerators as more times than not there are issues with them when travelling. This hotel refrig and wi fi are fine the mattress is a bit too firm

Only one outlet in the whole room.
Breakfast staff very rude and never smiled. The most important thing is that they will shut off the ac in your room at any time during the night and completely at 8 am. I woke up sweating and saw that ac was off. I have never seen something like this.. Parking is a feat And difficult. The TV is 12 inch and the mini fridge not working.. No iron in the room. Pillows suck.
And the thermostat Antique and hard to twist the knobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to stay in this hotel as per the good location. Max 30 minutes from Bari airport HS features a great view to the Adriatic if lucky to get a room overlooking to the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant offers great menu, parking is very handy and safe, too. Building&room are quite outdated, and I am sure a proper refurbishment would make this property more enjoyable. Our room was inspected every day, fresh towels were placed in the bathroom, shampoo&soap refilled, also bed sheets were adjusted. This could take my review to a 5 star rating, however things have to be improved and refreshed in all buildings. Thank you HS for a relaxing stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price I got this was great. It is an older hotel but in good condition. Must have been fabulous when it was new. Free parking and good restaurant. Breakfast was good - cakes, croissants, eggs etc.

Very friendly staff, nice swimming pools. Clean, somewhat outdated but spacious rooms with balcony. Good breakfast.
Nice Restaurant and free closed car park on the premises.
Just a few steps away from the beaches.
I absolutely loved my stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for only 1 night. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded room, with sea view, which was really nice. Room, and bathroom were pretty big, clean. Breakfast was also good. Parking for free on the hotel parking lot, so generally we were really satisfied, and can recommend for everyone.
