β β β β β Perfect location with a perfect view. The pool, the breakfast, staff, all OK. Rooms are basic but clean and silent. It is an Oasis of rest. We Will be back.

β β β β β Positive: Impessive scenary. Available car parking space. Very clean and nice size swimming pool. Very quite and peaceful neighborhood. Train stop within walking distance that takes you to Brescia within approx. 35 min. Brescia takes you to Milan on one side and Lake Garda, Verona, Venezia on other side.. Negative: Not too many restaurants within walking distance of hotel. But plenty reachabe by car within 3 to 5 min journey..

β β β β β The pool area is very nice, and the view is amazing - also from the porch area. The hotel itself, however, seems quite worn. Our room had several lights that did not work, and the general feeling is that not a lot of effort is put into making the rooms welcoming.

β β β β β Dated hotel, though the rooms are spacious en clean. Seems some remodelling was done, but not that great. Bathroom had a funny smell, but this was fixed quickly by letting the water run for a few seconds. Breakfast is excellent, view is amazing. Pool is great, just very shallow (1.40 meters). Staffs barely speaks English, just enough for check-in and ordering hot drinks during breakfast. Looks like they used to serve dinner as well, no sign of it now though.

β β β β β Really quiet place with a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The hotel is a bit older but clean. The owners are nice but do not speak much English. The restaurant was closed and the nearest is within driving distance, but there is a small supermarket under the hotel. Breakfast was limited, but we were only 5 people at the hotel.
