Qualche pecca c'è stata, avremmo preferito una pulizia maggiore del terrazzo che è spettacolare. Per il resto assolutamente consigliata. A nice compromise between countryside and sea. Spacious rooms, hearty breakfast. There was a few flaws, we would have preferred a greater cleaning of the terrace which is spectacular. For the rest absolutely recommended.

La meravigliosa Playa carratois raggiungibile in 5 minuti. Struttura molto bella stanze grandi e accoglienti. Reception disponibile per prenotare ristoranti e lido, la signorina Rebecca un concentrato di disponibilità e cortesia. Consigliatissimo Location in a quiet and always breezy position, beaches and restaurants accessible only by car. The wonderful Playa carratois reachable in 5 minutes. Very nice structure, large and welcoming rooms. Reception available to book restaurants and lido, Miss Rebecca a concentrate of availability and courtesy. Highly recommended

Tuttavia la colazione è stata a dir poco indecente, tanto che la seconda mattina non ne abbiamo neppure usufruito; i tavoli non erano apparecchiati, bisognava chiedere bicchieri, posate e tovaglioli al personale (ovvero l’unica ragazza presente in loco) per poter usufruire di un pasto comunque dozzinale e misero. Il servizio, in generale, non può neanche dirsi pessimo perché è totalmente inesistente. Rientrati alle 22:00 in hotel, ho dovuto telefonare all’hotel per poter parlare con qualcuno e capire dove poter prendere una bottiglia d’acqua, dato che il frigo bar era deserto ma sopratutto dato che la reception era chiusa! Il prezzo, visti i (non) servizi che offre, é a dire poco esoso. Una struttura abbandonata a se stessa, pur con grandi potenzialità. I stayed for two nights as a couple in August 2021. The structure is beautiful, even if dated, and well positioned to reach Marzamemi. However, the breakfast was indecent to say the least, so much so that the second morning we didn't even use it; the tables were not set, you had to ask for glasses, cutlery and napkins from the staff (that is, the only girl present on site) in order to enjoy a cheap and poor meal. The service, in general, cannot even be called bad because it is totally non-existent. Returning to the hotel at 22:00, I had to call the hotel to be able to talk to someone and figure out where to get a bottle of water, since the mini bar was deserted but above all since the reception was closed! The price, given the (non) services it offers, is to say the least expensive. A structure left to itself, albeit with great potential.
d	daniela lazzeretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un soggiorno che ha consentito di vivere sufficientemente questa struttura, mi piace proporla con il massimo punteggio, per l'eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. La location è favolosa, compensando la distanza dalle spiagge (ma in questi posti gli spostamenti in auto per godere appieno dei luoghi è scontata) con una quiete ed una vista in prospettiva dal terrazzo area comune e dai terrazzi privati delle camere assolutamente indimenticabile. Gli esterni sono perfettamente curati, e le camere hanno una pulizia impeccabile (con cambio quotidiano della biancheria da bagno). Non mancano attenzione speciali quando richieste (da soggetto allergico ho ottenuto premure spontanee mai viste nelle strutture super 'blasonate'), e abbiamo infine sperimentato direttamente la flessibilità nel check-in presentaci alle 22 (avendo ovviamente avvisato) e venendo accolti nel migliore dei modi. Spiace leggere recensioni negative e stroncature (poco veritiere), che penalizzano una proprietà evidentemente concentrata nella soddisfazione drl Cliente. After a stay that has allowed us to live sufficiently this structure, I like to propose it with the highest score, for the excellent quality / price ratio. The location is fabulous, compensating for the distance from the beaches (but in these places the car trips to fully enjoy the places is taken for granted) with a quiet and a perspective view from the common area terrace and from the private terraces of the rooms absolutely unforgettable. The exteriors are perfectly maintained, and the rooms are impeccably clean (with daily change of towels). There is no shortage of special attention when requested (as an allergic subject I have obtained spontaneous attention never seen in super 'noble' structures), and we finally directly experienced the flexibility in the check-in present us at 22 (having obviously warned) and being welcomed in the best way . Sorry to read negative reviews and (untruthful) slurs, which penalize a property evidently concentrated in customer satisfaction.

Pulito e ottima colazione massimo punteggio su tutti i fronti.Grazie ancora per l'accoglienza Stunning structure and qualified staff. T	Tiziana Anno liturgico B 2021 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutte le recensioni positive la maggior parte sono falsate da amici...a parte il luogo la Roberta la comproprietaria è chiaramente bisognosa di un psicologo,non posso offendere ma credo che qualche problema c'è l'abbia,se andate d'estate avrete la piacevole compagnia di tante sfilze di colonne di formiche....problemi nei vari bagni state attenti perché se avrete la sfortuna di stare nei giorni in cui si tappa una doccia o un bidet urlerà che siete stati voi!! La colazione la compra ciò che rimane conserva e riesce ogni giorno finché finisce.... Ascoltate, Marzamemi e Portopalo sono pieni di hotel e beb... C'è l'albergo scala dove si mangia anche divinamente ed e dentro Portopalo,andate ovunque ma state lontani dalla rosa dei venti e dalls pazza che lo gestisce!! Non ci credete? Provate!! ???? All the positive reviews, most of them are falsified by friends ... apart from the place, Roberta the co-owner is clearly in need of a psychologist, I can't offend but I think she has some problem, if you go in the summer you will have the pleasant company of many strings of columns of ants .... problems in the various bathrooms be careful because if you have the misfortune to stay in the days when you stop for a shower or a bidet, it will scream that it was you!
