★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hat a Floating Ressort on the Tagliamento river. It is accessed via the marina but is situated on the river. The floating houses are really nice and have everything you need. It has a total of 5 beds (see pictures), a small kitchen and bathroom as well as a "living room" with a couch and a table. In front of the "house" floats a small "terrace". The only downside for use were the few boats crossing on the river or entering/exiting the marina and making waves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nice and not too far away from the beach, there is a dish washer and washing machine but the dish washer does not work very well, not very many bowls or mugs available and no oven, neighbours were also very noisy in the early morning and throughout the day. The fridges seal does not work properly and we had to prop a chair up to the door to keep it closed.

They handle lots of tourists came at the same time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, personal extremly friendly, food is good. To be considered - no proper parking available; for instance we parked on the side walk, in front of the hotel. It seems to be accepted in Italy. For desert and some dishes there is buffet - when desert is over, it is over for the evening. My opinion is that in general the desert is not sufficient for all the guests.
The 4 star expectation is shadowed by small details like those described above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast was quite good. Fruits, cheese, a wide variety of eggs (looked to be done fresh!).
Was staying in an apartment house - the house was freshly renovated.
It had three bed rooms but only one bathroom.
The shower was also a bit ... odd. Flooded the bath twice because of it...
The kitchen had the necessity things but for in theory six people it was all a bit small - for four people however fitting (well besides only having one bath room).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The balcony was nice and spacious. We traveled with our small dog and it was not a problem. Breakfast was standard. It was a short drive to the main road with restaurants and shops. Nothing stood out. The pool was closed but that is understandable with Covid.
