Vista la zona non si capisce perché non si utilizzino prodotti locali e si preferisca invece una tipologia di cibo che potrei trovare ovunque. È un peccato perché la zona si presterebbe a ben altro. Personale gentile. Camere un po datate ma pulite. Prezzi nella norma. Informal hotel. Eat discreet. Given the area it is not clear why local products are not used and instead prefer a type of food that I could find anywhere. It's a shame because the area would lend itself to something else. Friendly staff. Rooms a little dated but clean. Prices in the norm.

Ottima cucina e una colazione abbondante.le camere sono pulite e ben tenute. In questo albergo sembra di essere a casa. Ideale sia per igiovani sia per famiglie. Se pensate a una vacanza a fanano questo è l'albergo giusto per voi. For years now, the Pineta hotel has been our annual certainty. Qualified and very helpful staff. Excellent cuisine and a hearty breakfast. The rooms are clean and well maintained. In this hotel it feels like home. Ideal for both young people and families. If you are thinking of a holiday in Fanano this is the right hotel for you.
B	Bartolomeo D'Agostino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non una buonissima esperienza, siamo stati in questo albergo in occasione del torneo di pallacanestro tenutosi a Sestola con il mio bimbo che giocava,mia moglie ed un secondo figlio, non abbiamo trovato l'accoglienza che ci aspettavamo, il cibo era davvero scadente e la cortesia davvero poca. A fine soggiorno di 2 giorni abbiamo dovuto sborsare 30 euro in più a famiglia per acqua e vino, mi è sembrato un esborso esagerato ve lo assicuro visto quello che si è bevuto( mi sembra assurdo pagare l acqua a sestola quando quella del rubinetto è meglio di quella in bottiglia). Not a very good experience, we stayed at this hotel at the basketball tournament held in Sestola with my child who was playing, my wife and a second child, we did not find the welcome we expected, the food was really poor and very little courtesy. At the end of the 2-day stay we had to shell out 30 euros more per family for water and wine, I thought it was an exaggerated outlay, I can assure you, given what you drank (it seems absurd to pay for water at a plug when the tap is better than bottled).

Comunque mi ha soddisfatto, e se tornerò in zona, neve permettendo non esiterò a rivolgermi a loro. I put 4 stars and not 5, because I only stayed overnight and had breakfast. However, I was satisfied, and if I return to the area, snow permitting, I will not hesitate to contact them.

La cena buona, con porzioni adeguate, antipasto a buffet servito, 2 primi e 2 secondi, dolce, passano a chiedere se ne vogliamo ancora. Hotel a stone's throw from the center of Fanano. The room is fine, the bed is comfortable, the only downside was the bathroom of ours was rather small. The good dinner, with adequate portions, buffet appetizer served, 2 first and 2 second courses, dessert, come by and ask if we want more.

Abbiamo trovato le camere pulite, calde e semplici, il letto comodo e il bagno spazioso. Proprietari accoglienti, gentili e veloci. Colazione con buffet base nella norma, tutte le pietanze da me prese erano all'altezza delle mie aspettative, fresche e buone. Prezzo adeguato al servizio che offrono. Hotel about 20 minutes from Passo del Lupo, located 500 meters from the center of Fanano, close to restaurants if you want to go out for dinner in the evening and to small supermarkets if you need to buy something. We found the rooms clean, warm and simple, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Welcoming, kind and fast owners. Basic buffet breakfast in the norm, all the dishes I took were up to my expectations, fresh and good. Price adequate for the service they offer.
