I proprietari : Giuseppe , Carmela e mamma Pasquina , persone squisite ed ospitali . Cucina gustosissima , piatti del posto , abbondanti e prelibati . I cuochi Enrico ed Antonio , giovanissimi , ma bravissimi , nulla da invidiare a chef di lunga esperienza . I camerieri di sala : Valentina , Davide e Carmine , ragazzi STRAORDINARI . disponibili , professionali e grnerosi . Equipe ,tutta , GIOVANE E SCATTANTE ..... SONO STATA BENISSIMO . MI SONO SENTITA A CASA , ACCOLTA E COCCOLATA . RINGRAZIO TUTTI DI CUORE ?❤️? Enchanting place, surrounded by greenery, spacious rooms, tasteful furnishings, thorough cleaning. The owners: Giuseppe, Carmela and mamma Pasquina, exquisite and hospitable people. Tasty cuisine, local dishes, abundant and delicious. The cooks Enrico and Antonio, very young, but very good, nothing to envy to chefs with long experience. The waiters: Valentina, Davide and Carmine, EXTRAORDINARY guys. helpful, professional and gracious. Team, all, YOUNG AND SPARKLING ..... I WAS GREAT. I felt at home, welcomed and pampered. THANK YOU ALL FROM THE HEART ?❤️?

Unici lati negativi: - la doccia (soffione ossidato, va cambiato) - colazione (da migliorare molto sia in qualità che in che quantità) Beautiful facility, great location for excursions to the sanctuary. Courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff. Good and very abundant dinner. Only downsides: - the shower (oxidized shower head, must be changed) - breakfast (to be improved a lot both in quality and quantity)

Cena e colazione assolutamente misere e di scarsa qualità. Hotel non merita quelle stelle e prezzo troppo alto. The structure looks pretty good from the outside but needs some updating; simple rooms but with very little attention to cleanliness. Absolutely poor and poor quality dinner and breakfast. Hotel does not deserve those stars and too high price.

Le stanze prive di aria condizionata, li asciugamani erano pieni di polvere, i copriletti macchiati... Per la colazione, stavano dei cornetti serviti già sul tavolo dalle 6, sono andato a fare colazione alle 9 quindi stava già lì da 3 ore. Era buono, ne ho chiesto un altro, mi hanno servito un cornetto che stava sul tavolo di altre persone... Un servizio per niente professionale, il succo proposto faceva schifo A weekend of August so disappointing, that I would never want to live again ... The rooms without air conditioning, the towels were full of dust, the bedspreads stained ... For breakfast, there were croissants already served on the table from 6, I went to have breakfast at 9 so it was already there for 3 hours. It was good, I asked for another one, they served me a croissant that was on other people's table ... Service not at all professional, the proposed juice sucked

Le stanze puzzavano di vecchio, il cibo IMPROPONIBILE, peccato che la struttura e' anche in se per se carina... Menomale che siamo stati solo una notte, la mia bimba nn riusciva a mangiare xche' i pasti non le erano graditi..... Una vergogna per una terra così bella, va migliorato il servizio!!!?

Pulizia inesistente...nella nostra camera abbiamo trovato una mega ragnatela che avrebbe potuto competere con il castello di Dracula. Il box doccia si è smontato appena aperta l anta rischiando che il vetro mi potesse cadere addosso., durante la notte abbiamo sentito un botto e ci siamo ritrovati il tv staccato dal muro.. Per concludere una colazione priva di colazione!!!! Pessimo!!!!! Luckily we only stayed 1 night !!! Cleanliness non-existent ... in our room we found a mega spider web that could have rivaled Dracula's castle. The shower cubicle was dismantled as soon as the door was opened risking that the glass could fall on me., During the night we heard a bang and we found the TV detached from the wall .. To conclude a breakfast without breakfast !!!! Terrible !!!!!

Le stanze puzzavano e non si riusciva a dormire bene,il cibo non è per niente buono???.Mia figlia si è lamentata come anche la mia famiglia,mai più,mi sono pentita tanto di esserci andata??. Le mie aspettative erano più alte?
