A	Akela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel molto carino a gestione familiare. Niente di lussuoso ma tutto ben tenuto e pulito. La gestione è presente e disponibile, ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste sempre con cordialità e sorrisi. La figlia dei padroni è deliziosa e conquista tutti gli ospiti con la sua genuina simpatia. Il centro benessere è interessante con una bella vasca idromassaggio, doccia emozionale, massaggio plantare, bagno turco e sauna. La palestra a dire la verità è vecchiotta con attrezzi mal tenuti e non tutti funzionanti. Il ristorante in media è buono. Abbiamo mangiato pietanze decisamente deliziose ed altre un po', sconsiglio la Amatriciana ? In ogni caso il buffet di verdure ricco e abbondante sopperisce egregiamente eventuali piatti non troppo riusciti. Anche la colazione e ricca e sostanziosa, yogurt buonissimo, marmellate e dolci fatti in casa, frutta fresca e sciroppata. Uova e salumi per i toast, tè e tisane miste. Un albergo quindi dove abbiamo passato una piacevole settimana e dove torneremo se c'è ne sarà occasione. Very nice family run hotel. Nothing fancy but all well kept and clean. The management is present and available, has always welcomed all our requests with cordiality and smiles. The hosts' daughter is delightful and wins over all guests with her genuine sympathy. The wellness center is interesting with a nice jacuzzi, emotional shower, foot massage, steam room and sauna. The gym to tell the truth is old with poorly maintained equipment and not all working. The restaurant on average is good. We ate very delicious dishes and some others, I do not recommend the Amatriciana ? In any case, the rich and abundant vegetable buffet makes up for any dishes that are not too successful. The breakfast is also rich and substantial, delicious yogurt, homemade jams and cakes, fresh fruit and syrup. Eggs and cold cuts for toast, tea and mixed herbal teas. A hotel where we spent a pleasant week and where we will return if there is an opportunity.

A parte il comportamento professionale che si dovrebbe revisionare vs i clienti e persone in generale però la sicurezza di comunicare info non conforme alla realtà mi ha creato un immagine negativa verso questo Hotel.Mi dispiace perché mi ha fatto perdere tempo per tutto il giro delle chiamate che ho fatto quando in 2 parole si poteva arrivare al dunque e mi risparmiava il spreco di energia The information given over the phone was quite contrary to the facts. Apart from the professional behavior that should be reviewed towards customers and people in general, however, the security of communicating information that does not conform to reality has created a negative image for me towards this hotel. that I did when in 2 words you could get to the point and it saved me the waste of energy

I proprietari sono disponibili e offrono il meraviglioso servizio del bagno di fieno! Tutto questo unito alla cucina che sforna delizioso e abbondante rende il soggiorno perfetto!!! Complimenti The structure is treated in detail, especially the 3rd floor which has been recently renovated. The owners are helpful and offer the wonderful hay bath service! All this combined with the cuisine that produces delicious and abundant makes the stay perfect !!! Congratulations

La conduzione familiare è ottima e fa al caso nostro, i proprietari sempre molto gentili e disponibili, cucina ottima, pulizia eccellente , stanze ampie e letti confortevoli,posizione ottima per skibus o per passeggiate di trekking . Da consigliare sicuramente I stayed with my family and friends with family, and our dogs, period December 26th / January 2nd 2022. The family management is excellent and is right for us, the owners always very kind and helpful, excellent cuisine, excellent cleanliness, large rooms and comfortable beds, excellent location for ski buses or for trekking walks. Definitely to be recommended
F	Francesco Soli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo albergo con un voucher daydreams, beh che dire… classico albergo a conduzione familiare, titolari molto gentili e disponibili, camere molto pulite, ordinate e arredate con gusto in classico stile alpino. Colazione abbondante e molto molto buona, cena altrettanto abbondante e veramente di qualità eccelsa. Posizione strategica sia per la stagione invernale sia per quella estiva, si può tranquillamente partire a piedi per delle bellissime passeggiate oppure in meno di mezz’ora di auto si raggiungono comodamente Passo del Tonale e Pejo Fonti da cui poi si possono prendere gli impianti per arrivare al ghiacciaio del Presena e Pejo 3000. Torneremo sicuramente! We stayed in this hotel with a daydreams voucher, well what about ... classic family-run hotel, very kind and helpful owners, very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished rooms in classic alpine style. Hearty and very very good breakfast, equally abundant dinner and truly excellent quality. Strategic position for both the winter and the summer season, you can easily leave on foot for beautiful walks or in less than half an hour by car you can easily reach Passo del Tonale and Pejo Fonti from which you can then take the lifts to get there. to the Presena glacier and Pejo 3000. We will definitely be back!
