Accoglienza ottima , servizio egregio , ambiente caloroso e raffinato e poi una menzione per la disponibilità del personale tutto e per gli addetti tutti ed ivi i camerieri che sono stati affabili , professionali e disponibili in tutto mi sembra Cosimo -Mimma...poi il pranzo veramente ottimo . Grazie ...per l 'ottimo servizio reso e per la cordiale disponibilità in tutto Today we held a business meeting at the Madonna delle Grazie facility with lunch included. Excellent welcome, excellent service, warm and refined environment and then a mention for the availability of the staff all and for all the employees and there the waiters who were friendly, professional and helpful in everything it seems to me Cosimo -Mimma ... then lunch really great. Thanks ... for the great service made and for the cordial availability in everything

Massaggio da 40 con trattamento viso è stato fatto con una professionalità eccezionale. Spa super pulita, ma non solo,raro trovare una pulizia così… Torneremo sicuramente My family and I had an amazing weekend. Excellent staff, the wellness program was really relaxing. Massage from 40 with facial treatment was done with exceptional professionalism. Super clean spa, but not only that, it is rare to find such a cleanliness ... We will definitely be back

Dalla parte opposta Ostuni. Posizione strategica per visitare la Valle d'itria. Da ritornare. Very welcoming accommodation facility. Friendly staff. I recommend the SPA and the massage for two. You eat very well. At 20 km. There is Martina Franca. On the opposite side Ostuni. Strategic position for visiting the Itria Valley. To return.

Ci siamo stati nel 2019 e non vedevamo l ora di poterci tornare e così è stato dopo la pandemia, lo ricordavo un bel posto e dopo più di 2 anni confermo tutto. A presto Hotel Madonna delle grazie I recommend this hotel because everything is very nice, the rooms comfortable and clean, great food, all the very kind and professional staff, to finish the beautiful spa very nice !! We were there in 2019 and we couldn't wait to go back and so it was after the pandemic, I remembered it as a nice place and after more than 2 years I confirm everything. La sig.ra Mary davvero molto brava. Il cibo molto raffinato.La stanza confortevole pulitissima e con vista panoramica. Colazione servita con cortesia dalla sig.ra Mimma e il suo collega. Tutto veramente all'altezza di un soggiorno indimenticabile The spa was truly relaxing. The staff very nice. The massage done with professionalism was the last pleasant surprise of our stay. Mrs Mary really very good. The food was very refined. The comfortable room was spotless and with a panoramic view. Breakfast served with courtesy by Ms Mimma and her colleague. All truly at the height of an unforgettable stay
