Hotel Kyrie Tremiti

Smelled so bad, rooms are outdated, asked 2 different servers 4x for 1 cup of coffee

This hotel is amazing, great survise, great pool and a fantastic breakfast survise

3 star hotel. A very special place with a good kitchen, a swimming pool and a dedicated small bay. This is a must stay whilst staying the island

The hotel seemd old, the carpet was horrible, and the windows dirty. The service for breakfast was bad. This is not a 4 stars hotel. Only the man at the reception in the morning was nice.

Bewertung: We stayed 4 Nights at the Kyrie Hotel. First of all we want to resume that despite our negative Review (1 Star) we had a lovely time on Tremiti Island thanks to the beautiful nature in which the hotel is located and the very Kind and pleasant staff of Kyrie Hotel (at least the majority). The Hotel itself does not live up a 4 Star category Hotel (especially its Service) in our opinion. When we arrived it didn't even occur the driver of the included shuttle to help me or my wife with our luggage. An unpleasant way of being 'welcomed'. His unhelpful and unfriendly way was the same every time we made use of the shuttleservice from the hotel to the port. In general we would have expected more service for example when checking in there were no informations given to us, that there is a private beach,... There are Pool opening Hours (10-13 and 16-20), the fact itself is beyond me why you wouldn't want the People to Go to the Pool the hottest Time a day, which we weren't told although we were calling before, since a Pool was crucial for the decision staying at Kyrie. Same with the wifi, although in the description, the wifi was only in the lobby and didn't connect with any of our devices throughout the whole stay. When asking why it doesn't work the receptionist showed his private mobile phone with the words 'look, mine is working maybe there are too many people using it'. Breakfast was very delicious with freshly made juices. One morning while being at the buffet to refill a boy, it appeared as if he was part of the hotel, took my chair although my wife was sitting still at the table right next to the chair he took and didn't respond in any way of her carrying a new chair to the table so that I could sit down. Being experienced with Italian hotels, we didn't expect the staff to talk English very well but when calling for a reservation we were told to call again a few hours later cause no one was able to take our call. We hope this detailed review will contribute to improve the service so that we can recommend Kyrie as a 4 star Hotel with a clear conscience.

I would give this place a 4 or even more for location and cleannes. This hotel is located in the middle of the pine woods, minute away from both the harbour and the main square. Service and decor, however, are way below a 4-star standard. Furniture is cheap looking and old, and service's got a lot to be desired. An example above all: at breakfast, tables are not cleaned and made ready for new guests. You literally need to ask for cutlery, sit at a table with a tablecloth full of crumbles and stains from previous guests and chase the waiter to get a coffee. Also, check-out is no later than 10am, and the pool cannot be used between 12pm and 4pm (the hottest hours of the day!!)

The Hotel is an amazing romantic place. It's in the middle of pine woods with exceptionelly friendly staff at the reception. The rooms are perfectly clean and the Hotel is just perfect for a couple island trip. The only thing that wasn't perfect, was the breakfast. Me as a vegan was missing some things like vegetables (there are just fruits) and some almond milk for cereals. Also it took them ages to bring our coffee, but all in all it was an amazing hotel that I would totally recommend.

Good hotel, pretty much as expetations in terms of rooms and other areas! Very nice location and super helpul and friedly staff!! Shuttle service, reception, restaurant/bar and cleaning service all deserve praise ?? Tremiti island is a gem!
