Hotel Interporto

I was have meeting there, so is nice that u have place where alot of people can meet together.

Everything is a bit dated, and the food is close to bad. Also if you don’t like seeing half naked truck drivers sleeping on the side of the road out your window I wouldn’t come.

The hotel is situated a outside the urban area and near the highway. Its perfect for group tours if bus is available for the group otherwise it is hard to get there.

Perfect, if you want to be located in an industrial area next to a motorway and spend $80 on a return cab fare to the town center. Ideal if you don't want internet access in your room. Delightful if you want cake for breakfast. Invigorating if you like to feel the springs in your mattress.

We arrived today 8/4/18 staying overnight. When I booked this hotel the pictures I saw online was beautiful. When I arrived to the hotel is was NOTHING what the pictures showed at all!!! The front of hotel is all dirty, covered in garbage AND their were trucks stopped all over the property... the drivers were sitting all over the lot eating on crates...some practically naked in just underwear. I had my young son with me and it was not a safe area to me. The "so called" restaurant had an outdoor seating area with grass so overgrown u can't sit down PLUS the entire menu consisted of tortellini dish, gnocchi or a hamburger. The bar.....was a little box across from the front desk with no one there to handle customers and an old croissant in case. Again NOTHING like pictures shown online. Go to check in lady taking our info asks for our documents and wanted to keep them for 15-20 minutes and said would bring them to my room which I told her No I will wait and she made a face and said to other lady in Italian that it was stupid I had to wait! Who does this in front of a customer??? Finally get key to room and go to room and it was nothing like I was told of 3 separate twin beds. The AC didn't work, the lights didn't turn on. Called & went downstairs and was told by someone else we needed a second key card to leave in room for lights and AC to work but AC still didn't work properly. The entire area was very seedy and not somewhere I felt safe so needless to say we left without staying the night and even explained to front desk lady of our concerns and problems and her answer was only well it's paid in full already so basically nothing they would or could do. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL! It was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES SHOWN ON ANY WEBSITE U PULL UP! False advertisement! If I could have given it a zero I would have not even worth a 1 star.

Good value for money. The food is also ok. My children stayed here for a week as it is the official hotel for the summer football academy of Juventus. My children thought it was a bit outdated but clean. The centralized airconditioners saved them from the blistering heat and allowed them a wonderful night’s sleep. The food was good but sadly, it gradually degraded over the week. It was still palatable, though. Overall, a good value hotel for the price. About the parked delivery semis/trucks and the drivers across the hotel- they will hardly bother you and they don’t pose any threat at all. The hotel is not near any public transport, so make sure you have a car or have the number of the few Turin taxi companies. The hotel can help arrange a taxi for you and you’ll have to wait outside by the roadside, in front of the hotel. The driveway is inaccessible because of all the parked cars and the temporary cement barricades.

The staff is lovely and helpful, though the hotel's condition in general isn't very high quality. Nothing around for convenience, but it's next to a motorway, so easy access to quick routes. Overall a positive experience.

Il sapone della doccia è erogato dal dispenser ma è rimasta la staffa in ferro della mensola precedentemente usata. Le lenzuola erano pulite ma l'interno del piumino aveva una piccola macchia di sangue. Un paio di gradini della scala che portano al primo piano hanno i sottogradi in marmo solo appoggiati, non incollati. Consiglierei di rimuovere la moquette nei corridoi, dà sempre una impressione di sporco e di vecchio.
