Very convenient location, just a few meters from the motorway exit. Super welcoming, kind, affable and professional staff! New and comfortable rooms. Deep cleansing. Affordable prices. If I could I would definitely stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posizione è davvero strategica perché è di fronte al casello autostradale. Le camere sono pulitissime-assolutamente più vicine ad un 3,ristrutturato con grande cura. La colazione è davvero squisita con le torte e i dolci della padrona di casa! Personale disponibile e molto cortese. Ci tornerò. Lo consiglio a chiunque abbia piacere di visitare i dintorni o la splendida Umbria, ottima come base di appoggio.
The location is very strategic because it is in front of the motorway exit. The rooms are spotless - absolutely closer to a 3, refurbished with great care. The breakfast is really delicious with the cakes and pastries of the hostess! Helpful and very courteous staff. I'll be back. I recommend it to anyone who likes to visit the surroundings or the beautiful Umbria, excellent as a base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruime kamer met leuk balkon. We konden er gemakkelijk het vampingbedje voor ons 1,5 jaar zoon neerzetten. Hotel is op leeftijd maar alles wel functioneel. Beetje vintage. Meubilair is vrij nieuw.
Moesten noodgedwongen hier verblijven na autopech. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Meelevend met onze situatie.
Ontbijt is ruim voldoende.
Kortom goede ervaring en veel waar voor je geld
Spacious room with a nice balcony. We could easily put the vamping bed for our 1,5 year old son. Hotel is old but everything is functional. Bit vintage. Furniture is quite new.
Had to stay here after car trouble. Staff very friendly and helpful. Compassionate with our situation.
Breakfast is more than adequate.
Overall good experience and great value for money

Ci siamo trovati straordinariamente bene, Camere molto belle e pulite, dipendenti cordiali ed educatissimi, la colazione era eccezionale. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel. Prezzi ottimi qualità prezzo.
We are two couples from Latina, we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We had an extraordinarily good time, very nice and clean rooms, friendly and polite employees, the breakfast was exceptional. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Excellent prices quality price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati al Roscio Hotel, la posizione davvero ottima e comoda, la valutazione Buono è data dal prezzo davvero contenuto, e in cambio hai un servizio onestissimo! Ovvio non si possono pretendere alcuni servizi, ma ripeto.. La pulizia impeccabile è il forte di questo piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare. La colazione semplice, ma non mancava niente.. Buone le torte, un po' meno le brioches.. L'unico consiglio che do ai gestori è di stare più attenti e riprendere alcuni ospiti che girano senza mascherina, anche davanti alle torte! È importante..
We stayed at the Roscio Hotel, the location is really good and convenient, the Good rating is given by the really low price, and in return you have a very honest service! Obviously you cannot expect some services, but I repeat .. Impeccable cleanliness is the strong point of this small family-run hotel. The simple breakfast, but nothing was missing .. Good cakes, a little less brioches .. The only advice I give to the managers is to be more careful and shoot some guests who go around without a mask, even in front of the cakes! It's important..
