A	Antonella Quaceci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni presso l'hotel, "Grotte", (trovato e prenotato su internet all'ultimo momento) siamo arrivati nella struttura un po' preoccupati per qualche recesensione negativa che avevamo letto. Il tutto, invece, si è rivelato veramente una piacevole sorpresa. Le recensioni non corrispondevano alla verità. Tutto impeccabile: dall'accoglienza, alla gentilezza e professionalità del titolare e di tutto il personale, che ringraziamo. La stanza pulitissima, fresca e con tutti i comfort, dotata di un grande terrazzo con una magnifica vista mare. Abbiamo poi (avendo scelto l'opzione pensione completa)avuto modo di effettuare i pasti presso il loro ristorante, e anche li devo dire che dalle porzioni alla varietà, e ancora alla qualità, è stato tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a pochi passi dal mare, raggiungibile facendo una piacevole passeggiata. Vacanza davvero piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente. Anna e Nicola. We stayed three days at the hotel, "Grotte", (found and booked on the internet at the last moment) we arrived in the structure a little worried about some negative reviews we had read. All this, however, turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. The reviews did not match the truth. Everything impeccable: from the welcome, to the kindness and professionalism of the owner and all the staff, whom we thank. The room was spotless, fresh and with all comforts, with a large terrace with a magnificent sea view. We then (having chosen the full board option) had the opportunity to have meals at their restaurant, and I must say that from the portions to the variety, and again to the quality, everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few steps from the sea, reachable by taking a pleasant walk. Really enjoyable vacation. We will definitely be back. Anna and Nicola.

Camere situate in seminterrato, finestre inesistenti bloccate da placche in plastica. Parenti in cartongesso, quindi camere prive di Privacy. Pranzo immangiabile, utilizzati prodotti non freschi. Ruin of the beautiful city of Patti. Owner full of himself, disrespectful and rude to customers. Rooms located in the basement, non-existent windows blocked by plastic plates. Relatives in plasterboard, therefore rooms without privacy. Inedible lunch, not fresh products used.
M	Maria Vella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo posto, personalmente non ci andrò mai più. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per due adulti e un bambino, con bagno in camera per una notte. Ci hanno dato una stanza negli scantinati senza finistre, umida, con un letto matrimoniale creato per l'occasione e il bagno fuori dalla stanza in una specie di corridoio fatiscente e anche i bagni facevano piangere. Bad place, personally I will never go there again. We booked a room for two adults and one child, with an ensuite bathroom for one night. They gave us a room in the basements without windows, damp, with a double bed made for the occasion and the bathroom outside the room in a kind of dilapidated corridor and even the bathrooms made you cry.

Iniziamo con l'accoglienza il proprietario senza mascherina ci accompagna in uno scantinato elogiando una bettola di 3mt quadrati, impossibile non notare un arredamento scadente risalente circa a gli anni sessanta, le finestre inutilizzabili perché sigillate da plasticsglass, solo un piccolo lucendario veniva indicato da un cartello come uscita d'emergenza, "assurdo e ridicolo". Bagno in pessime condizioni, doccia che cadeva a pezzi da usare solo per necessità. Copriletti vecchi e decolorati. Colazione povera e all'arrivo quando ho chiesto se avessero altri cornetti il proprietario molto maleducatamente mi ha risposto che li avrebbero rimessi. Se sapevo non li avrei neppure chiesti erano piccoli ed insapore. Il proprietario un signore anziano arrogante, presuntuoso, distratto e aggrappato ad un ego sproporzionato. Il pranzo paragonabile ai pasti da mensa(mi scuso con le mense) acqua dal rubinetto senza nessun tappo coca-cola o simil in brocca, nessun sapore e gas (mai vista una cosa simile in via mia). Questo hotel è la vergogna di un luogo incantevole come patti vergogna della Sicilia e dei siciliani. I put a star only because it is necessary to be able to write the review but it deserves less 5. Poor breakfast and on arrival when I asked if they had other croissants the owner very rudely replied that they would put them back. If I knew I wouldn't have even asked for them they were small and tasteless. The owner is an arrogant, conceited, distracted elderly gentleman clinging to a disproportionate ego. Lunch comparable to canteen meals (I apologize to canteens) water from the tap without any coca-cola or similar corks in a jug, no flavor and gas (never seen such a thing in my street). This hotel is the shame of an enchanting place like the shame of Sicily and the Sicilians.

Menu poco ampio, con scelta limitata di pietanze di cui per giunta non si conoscono i prezzi. Qualità mediocre, piatti modesti, prezzi non linea con quanto servito Un piatto di pasta, o una fetta di pesce spada alla griglia ve lo fanno, ma non andate oltre ...e occhio alle bevande, solo alla spina. In assenza di alternative è una buona soluzione, ma senza pretese The staff is friendly and helpful (including the manager) otherwise everything is a bit retro. Mediocre quality, modest dishes, prices not in line with what is served A plate of pasta, or a slice of grilled swordfish will do it for you, but don't go any further ... and watch out for drinks, only on tap.
