★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel con ascensore ma non è possibile utilizzarlo, avevamo la camera al terzo piano e ogni volta che sono arrivato in camera avevo il fiatone, camera con tv difettosa, muri troppo bassi anche se avevamo la camera in mansarda, acqua leggermente tiepida ma non calda, ieri sera alle 22:30 sono sceso giù per chiedere una bottiglietta d'acqua al bar ma non c'era già nessuno, nessun telefono per parlare con la reception in caso di bisogno. C'erano due bicchieri in camera ma senza nessuna bottiglietta d'acqua disponibile per gli ospiti che in tutti gli alberghi c'è. Il posto in se è bello l'albergo da fuori è molto bello ma lascia a desiderare soprattutto per la colazione con poca varietà di scelta su cosa mangiare. I proprietari sono molto cortesi e gentili ma per il resto devono migliorare in molte cose.
 Hotel with elevator but it is not possible to use it, we had the room on the third floor and every time I arrived in the room I was out of breath, room with defective TV, too low walls even though we had the room in the attic, slightly warm but not hot water, last night at 10:30 pm I went downstairs to ask for a bottle of water at the bar but there was no one already, no phone to speak to the reception in case of need. There were two glasses in the room but no water bottle available for guests that is available in all hotels. The place itself is nice the hotel from the outside is very nice but leaves much to be desired especially for breakfast with little variety of choices on what to eat. The owners are very courteous and kind but otherwise they need to improve in many things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff, clean rooms, free parking. Family friendly place on a great location. I attended to a bike race and they offered (without me having to ask) me their garage to store my bike securely. ;) The breakfast is buffet-like, fresh, delicious. The price of the room is very reasonable. I definitely recommend the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very cozy night in hotel Friedemann. Girl at welcome desk was so nice even if it was around midnight when we got arrived. I enjoy stay there and want to mention how comfortable was a pillows and blankets in our room . If you could just advise what was the name of developer these bed things so I could bring some memories to my home ?
