Come figlia non è facile fare la scelta di affidare le cure del proprio genitore ad altri ma qui alla Residenza Excelsior ho trovato personale professionale e soprattutto con grande umanità. Da quando è in struttura si è regolarizzato in tutto perché gli viene cucinato un menù appositamente per lui, è “controllato” che non mangi cose che possano fargli male alla salute e lo vedo migliorato e molto più energico. - [] My father has had diabetes since he was a child and therefore was always forced to have insulin with its high and low glycemic levels. Spesso siamo pronti a scrivere quando le cose non vanno bene e siamo arrabbiati con il mondo, tuttavia trovo doveroso sottolineare la celerità e l'estrema cortesia del Sig. Gaetano che passo passo, mi ha spiegato in modo molto dettagliato quanto mi occorreva sapere in merito ad un eventuale ricovero in una delle Vs Residenza per mia mamma. Siamo rimasti entrambi soddisfatti, la cordialità e le attenzioni da parte di tutto lo staff nei confronti dei nostri cari ci permette di stare tranquilli quando siamo impossibilitati ad assisterli in prima persona. Grazie ancora a tutti! I chose to have my mother stay at this property for a period of one week due to my absence. We were both satisfied, the friendliness and attention of all the staff towards our loved ones allows us to rest assured when we are unable to assist them personally. Thanks again everyone!

Questa estate sono stati al mare, facevano il bagno in piscina e attività di ogni genere. Felicissimo soprattutto del fatto che ogni settimana c’è un equipe medica che controlla ogni genera di cosa e per mio padre che è cardiopatico mi sento davvero serena ad aver fatto questa scelta. - [] Great experience for my mom is my dad. L	Loredana Arietto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dicembre 2016 mi sono trovato ad accudire e portato a casa una mia zia, dopo il periodo Natalizio e ripreso a lavorare non sono riuscito a gestire la situazione, mi sono rivolto in Parrocchia, il mio Parroco mi ha consigliato la Residenza Excelsior gestita dal Signor Leone una persona Gentilissima e molto Seria e Professionale che già da subito, quando sono andato a visionare l'alloggio e conoscere il personale mi ha fatto vedere la struttura e tutti i servizio che mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti. Mi ha colpito la pulizia, l'ordine, e il menù personalizzato per ogni ospite e per le sue patologie. Solo per ultimo si è parlato della quota mensile, sono andato via contento di aver trovato un posto ideale per Zia. Da quasi cinque mese, Zia vive in questa casa alloggio, felice e contenta per tutto quello che gli fanno fare la mattina e nei pomeriggio. Sento l'esigenza di scrivere questa recensione per far conoscere a tanti che come me hanno l'esigenza di affidare un caro parente a persone come tutto lo Staff della Residenza Excelsior gestito con esperienza. Con l'occasione Ringrazio tutto il Personale e il Responsabile della Struttura. Consiglio veramente la struttura, oltre ad essere moto curata in ogni dettaglio offre ai pazienti un personale qualificato e disponibile per assistere al meglio i degenti. Vengono organizzati incontri conviviale e spettacoli di intrattenimento. Oltre ad occuparsi dei pazienti danno assistenza anche ai parenti, per i quali non è certo facile prendere certe decisioni.
